Not complete beginner certainly. Perhaps a refresher for adults who performed these movements in the past and are “beginning” again. I love the way this is and will give it an attempt.
When I took Level 1/Beginner Ballet for Adults they were at level; even more difficult/complex. I think Foundational or Introduction to Ballet might be the class name for an absolute beginner.
SO APPRECIATE the classes and tutorials for all levels. It is generous, it is civilized it is deeply humane and it is a smart move in promoting the company and the standard and enjoyment of ballet in the world. The standard is superb. You cannot know how much this means, especially to those without access. Bless you and thank you! ❤️
Thank you so much! Simona is beautiful! and Mila and Koyo have grown up a lot since I saw them the first time on line! They are brilliant! And Paul’s piano is always beautiful! I appreciate your efforts!!!
Thank you Dutch ballet company for continuing producing online ballet lessons. I’ve benefited from all the lessons. I can stay fit while feeling so much joy after dancing along with you guys!❤❤❤
Simona Ferrazza is of great elegance and class, it's a pleasure to watch her even in beginner exercices Also, thank your for this useful center ballet, the dancers behind were lovely and thanks for the pianist
Thank you for your videos ! It will really help me. Ballet is wonderful for posture, strength and many more benefits. I started late in life, and though I can't lift my legs like the 2 young ones in the video, l'll keep going for as long as I can. Sometimes i feel like a clown, as I can't catch up. I'm studying with a dedicated and very patient teacher (Ms Li M Yi) in SG, Vaganova method.
"Beginner" in ballet spans several years of instruction, so this is accurate in that a beginner would need to show competency in these skills in order to progress. But yes I agree, if you can do a double pirouette, you're definitely not a rote beginner!
Ok guys she said that they come from the junior company of the DNB. It's a beginner for that level. Are very simple sequences. 3rd grade in RAD. So who knows.. will understand.
Ok , I did ballet for six years and all the posture is Really nice expect of u really are new ur gonna be lost the best for beginners who actually wanna learn u should go to a ballet teacher that is actually in-front of u and treacherous you
All of these are great - thank you - though anyone who is actually a ballet beginner is going to be completely lost.
as in professional beginners???

Her upper body carriage is to me, the difference between what a real dancer looks like and the rest of us. Beautiful.

No, this is not a beginner ballet class , not even close. ……..beginner company class maybe?
