Hi Vernon. As always, a lot of great material on your videos (the audio was a little off though). This is such an important topic and under valued by many. You and DJ give the audience a lot to think about. You mentioned how we are an involved species because we have thumbs and how not having use of them is a limiting factor. This caught my attention due to using clubbells. What are your thoughts on the overall value of using clubbells and how to fit them and/or drop them in to your overall training (maybe a topic for another discussion)?
What can you do for a brachialis issue? ( welder by trade, so that might have something to do with it ) but if I go to pick up like a 2x4x6 with my dominant hand (one with the issue ) short side so most of the board is hanging out in front of my hand I literally can’t do it anymore, with my left hand ( non dominant ) I still can. Even when I wake up in the AM if I go to make a tight fist I get a pain at the top of my brachialis inbetween my elbow and the inside where your arm bends.
Awesome video. Looking forward to part two.
Great video. I had thumb surgery about two months ago, and in therapy now. It’s humbling when your wife has to open jars for you.

How often should you dedicate a full day of grip strength ?
