Dude, when DJ said neck injuries are humbling, I felt that. For about 5 years now I've had cervical vertigo due to a messed up upper neck. Long story short, seen all of the doctors, had all of the tests and imaging done, done all of the PT and vestibular stuff. And to be honest, you and DJ's video on "No Shrug Trap Workouts" helped A TON. Some of those neck/trap workouts have strengthened my neck and diminished some of my vertigo and migraines. Thank you dudes 🤙💚🙏
Excellent information so far gentlemen. After being side-hit several years ago my head and neck took a huge impact. Years later I’m still dealing with it but much less because daily I’m doing head and neck exercises, stretches, it helps tremendously. Just remember for anyone reading this: multiple times a day makes a huge difference after time; just give yourself time to learn to heal and relearn.
Dude I felt this. I started my working life in kitchens and being able to take in all the information possible at a glance regardless of station is vital and it wasn't until I was no longer a chef that I realized how often I rolling and stretching my neck during the day. When I started computer work I stopped doing that and about ten years into being at a constant slight head tilt working at a computer, caused all kinds of neck issues. Thankfully I had a good chiropractor for a long time and I was able to come back from those neck issues. But it's left me with very susceptible and needing to make sure I'm doing those check in's with my body to learn where the weak spots are at.

Thanks for this one fellas. Positive input on my way home back from work. Drowning out the noise and cleaning up diet from external stimuli

Picking a plate carrier like the AVS and SPC can help alleviate some of that discomfort of wearing a lot of gear on a plate carrier
