Absolutely a great idea to include, I normally just program the pogos so I dont have to worry about the coordination with the guys and them hitting their feet and having to keep stopping. LOL
Being a runner, this is the first time that I have seen an athlete doing exercises to maintain their feet in socks ?!! What's the point exactly other than continuing to make you sweat and not letting the skin air out? Absolutely none

I stopped wearing socks with my shoes. I wear toe socks in my boots
I want to wear toe socks but they seems to always be so expensive why
