My left forearm been damaged for years. Never took time to get it fixed because I never wanted to miss work even tho it was a work injury. Dumb but had a job I didn’t like missing. Retired now and little by little getting it back in shape using moves like these. Gonna add a few new ones and hopefully get my entire left arm grip back.
The absolute best way to recover from an injury is to send blood flow to that body part so it can recover and grow and strengthen. Don’t overdo it until you are in pain but gradually build up to it.
Great video. I did all of these exercises when I was a wildland firefighter. So many guys grip was weak causing them to not use their hand tools properly.
what about crimp holds with weight, if your wearing kit and you need to climb up something, pull on a small ridge, or for fast guys who have to worry about climbing outdoors
Really appreciate this. I’ll start incorporating some of this for sure.

How many times a week should this be done? If it’s one should it be on core or leg day? Thank you
What are you doing the following day? I did most of this Friday night and my grip died Saturday afternoon at jiujitsu.
Shipley has come a long way since TRT/PED’s
