  • Chris and DJ break down some of the group philosophy on grip strength, how it applies to firearms and life in general. You should be trying to improve your position in life as often as possible, train for the physical reality and give yourself every possible advantage. It doesn’t have to be fancy to be effective.

Best vid on the philosophy behind the need for strong grip strength, and it doesn't just apply for shooting. From grunts to special operators grip strength is taken for granted... that it will develop as we work out...we must do better than that is what I got out of this vid. Thanks. And awesome tip on using a band.

FWIW - I use Metolius rock rings along with farmers carries for grip workouts. The rock rings add a bit of spice to my workout routine and the 2 finger pockets are fking hard. Lots of dudes in USPSA use the Captains of Crush
