For those who mention taste, lots of things that are really healthy taste horrible till you get used to them. Celery anyone? Turmeric root is an acquired taste, but there's a brilliant energy from eating it raw.

Best if seeds are crushed. a whole seed, sometimes goes through you.I have only eaten few here and there. Even with few crushed, I have caused diarrhea. Go with your flow and see how you feel.

Scoop the seeds out of the papaya, place in a freezer bag & freeze. Use a half teaspoon in 12 ounces of smoothie just blend in. Also, sprinkle a teaspoon over a bowl of salad or add to dressing. A half teaspoon per individual serving. If making soups 2 tablespoons per 3 quart. Give peppery taste to gravies or pasta's endless use. Use to taste.
