Very neat, possible to see it in action to get an idea of the sensitivity of the edge switch when hit soft ? (ride and hihat please). Thanks for sharing,
That is awesome. How would you build a 3 zome cymbal? I'd like to have something for the ride. And about the part you glued in from the bottom - can you use a bigger piece of metal to have a bigger edge sound zone?
yeah i didnt elaborate much on that so here it is. i marked out the exact shape i wanted on the cymbal. then with the metal cutting disc on the grinder i cut out the basic shape. after that i used a regular grinding wheel to round the corners and soften the edges. i think the size of the metal cutting wheel was 3 or 4 inches the rockgaurd isnt sold in stores you gotta get it on ebay. as for the thickness, id say its about 1/16" or smaller. probably more like 1/32". hope this helps.
Hey Eric Thanks for posting this. I took the plunge and bought a pair of hihat cymbals on ebay for £16 and triggered them as per your design and they worked perfectly first time. A couple of notes for others that may be tempted to try this. 1 Hihats have the advantage of coming as a matched pair but disadvantage of being less flat than some other cymbals. 2 If buying a pair of cymbals to make these avoid cymbals with raised bumps etc on the underside as this makes the rock-guard covering harder to apply. 3 In the UK Rock Guard is branded as "Chipguard" or "3M-VentureShield" but there are other products available on ebay that do the same job without the 3M logo. 4 I'm not sure if you said how you cut out the choke strip but for info I used a Dremel multi tool with a cutting disk which takes a while but gives a good result. I'm planning on adding a raised BELL section (3 zone) using the centre of the other cymbal and if it works will post a video. Thanks again for posting. Dave
if youre using the metal choke strip and abs trigger box, save your money on the rockguard. i found this out a while after this video. the choke strip and box mute the cymbal 100 % and the rockguard dampening is unneeded. huge money and time saver too.
Awesome work! Is there a wiring diagram somewhere and a preferred piezo type? Would love to build 2 of these cymbals. Help would be much appreciated! Thanks.
Nice video! I've been tossing the idea of doing the same thing for a while, but cautious of failure. This inspires to move forward, so my ENTIRE kit would be diy.
Hey Eric, I believe your idea is truly genius, but I am wondering how you would set up the edge triggering of a hi hat. Would you put the edge trigger on top, or would you put it further inside the cymbal so when you close it the trigger wouldn't close? Thanks in advance.
Awesome man! Appreciate the time and effort. . . . want the feel of a real kit with the ability to trigger and figured DIY was gonna be the best way to get what I want. Hi, my name is Tobi from Germany and I have some questions regarding your cymbal. Very nice work. - What size of metal cutting wheel do you use for the handheld grinder? Because I think if you have a big cutting wheel you cannot cut correctly and I think I get some waves in the cymbal. I cannot imagine how it works and how to get a nice cut in the cymbal. - How fat is your automotive chipguard or rockguard? Could you tell me the store you bought it? I have to search a similar here in Germany
What would you think about using a set of hi-hats for this? They already come in pairs and 14's would be a perfect size for an e-cymbal. My thought would be to use the top (thinner) cymbal for the choke strip and the thicker bottom one for the cymbal itself.
Thanks for posting this! Can you talk about how you were able to cut the choke strip so nicely? It looks perfect. If you used tin snips, I imagine the sacrificed cymbal would have to be pretty flimsy. Thanks!
- Could you please tell me the exact name of the 3M grip? I’m not sure if you use normal double side grip or grip with foam. - What kind of dye do you use to letter the cymbals - and how? Thank you for answering my questions and I hope you’ll show us your HH soon.
To be clear, there is a piezo in the trigger box, and you also wired the choke strip to the piezo? For the choke strip, how is it wired to the trigger box?
using a stereo jack (trs) on the box gives you the ability to use two triggers. but when used with a roland brain, you kind of get three. tip/sleeve is for the bow sound( or main cymbal sound) and ring/sleeve is for the edge sound. there is a pizo in the box that makes the bow sound trigger. the edge trigger is the metal choke strip. the small gap between the cymbal and the strip gets closed for a second when you hit the edge which completes the circuit and makes the edge sound. on the alesis drum brains, its just a set volume or "power" of a hiut to the edge because the metal strip is not a piezo so it cant detect velocity. but if you wire it correctly, you can use the velocity sensing of the pizeo in the box and apply it to the edge sound. the roland brain will do this, as it is how their cymbals are wired. alesis modules wont , cause theyre stupid. lol. incidentally, the "third" trigger is the ability to choke the hit. also only works with roland brains. ithe roland brain detects the hit ( either bow or edge )and then a subsequent grab right after on the choke strip (or edge) tells it to choke the cymbal. wish alesis would rewrite some of their software todo this. as of yet roland is the only one. as far as wiring though, these are exactly the same as any roland rubber cymbal....just badass brass. lol. hope that answers some stuff for ya. stay cool.
Hi I am an Italian guy...I saw your video..fantastic... I am trying to made this kind of cymbals...could you send me the full procedure and the scheme with theaterials to use to made it... bye from Italy
hey thanks man. too funny.i just was looking up stuff on superior drummer 3 and came across your video. nice one. then i come back to my video which i havent looked at in forever and lo and behold theres a comment from you. lol small world. stay cool buddy
as for cutting the choke strip out of the other cymbal, i used a metal cutting wheel on a handheld grinder. it actually cuts really easy. the cymbal i used was the exact same cymbal. in other words i had two meinl cymbals and used one for the choke. i found its important to use two of the exact same cymbals. if you dont, then the profile of the 1/8" gap may not be correct. and thats not good.( found this out when i used a zildjian choke on a paste ride. also for the cymbals its a good idea ...
brocholivier not yet. i will soon though. just been crazy busy this last year and the whole project kinda fell to the back burner. my plan is to get back on the horse after the new year and get some vids of my whole kit up. realistically probably the end of january.
to use fairly thin cymbals. nothing crazy cheap like staggs or anythin, but you dont want to use ones that are super thick either. ive found that the meinls are perfect, although im sure there are plenty other cymbals that will work great as well. pretty much figure out what the thinnest is and what the thickest is, then go right in the middle somwhere. you can usually find meinl cymbals used on guitar centers website. thats where i got mine (about 30 bucks a piece) and 5 or 10 for shipping
hey eric nice cymbals! I've tried to build one for myself, but I have a problem dampening the cymbal. How do you put on that scotchgard tape? cause when I put it onto my cymbal there is nearly as much as resonance as without it. You've said there are videos on youtube showing how to put it on, but I can only find videos putting that tape onto a car (or are you referring to those?).
the scotchgaurd tape i used was black double sided tape to hold on the metal choke trigger. the clear membrane on the under side of the cymbal was a different product by 3m called rockgaurd. its a clear bra that people install on the front of their vehicles. but heres a tip....dont waste your time with the clear bra stuff. its waaaay expensive, and i found out later its unneeded. IF you do the metal choke strip and piezo box, that cymbal is deader than bonham. the only reason i used it in the first place, was cause alesis uses a similar more plasticy dampening layer....but they dont use the choke design i do, so its not needed
Paz Tailor Depends on your module. If you have a Roland which supports 3z ride, you need to add another jack wired up to another switch in the bell and the piezo on the bow. This will take another trigger input on your module.
Dude! I watched this two years ago and I was hoping for more videos. Something like a recap on what you have and what more that has been done. How about a Q&A?
sure. the 3m double sided tape is the foam kind. it comes in a relatively small red roll(the tape is actually black the backing is red) for about 5 or 6 bucks at lowes or home depot. its the same stuff that 3m makes for automotive emblems, just wider. as for my killer logo, well that is a proprietary process, but ill clue you in if you keep it quiet. its black permanent marker. :) really. i put one coat of wax then buff then two coats of marker logo, then another couple coats of wax and buff.
it would if you put it on top of the cymbal. i install it on the bottom. two reasons for this. the first is that the cymbal feels more real when its stick to brass for the hit. the second and more important, is that rockguard installs with water and alcohol. when you squeegee it on the top of the cymbal, the water / soap/ alcohol soultion tends to stay in the grooves of the cymbal. i only know this because i did it that way on my first cymbal and didnt like it. but it can be done
I watched this a while back and it just now occurred to me... You don't need two identical cymbals. Just cut the edge off one side, tape it below the edge on the other side, and use it. It doesn't have to be perfectly round, since it's gonna hang with the weighted side toward the player anyway. The cymbals won't spin, so you don't need them to be round.
yeah id be happy to make a set. but the problem is the materials. mainly the cymbals. i have plenty of the abs boxes, piezos, wires, etc. but i dont have cymbals to make them. and i really cant buy a bunch of cymbals in the hopes that someone would buy them, ya know? now if you wanted to mail me some cymbals to convert, id be happy to tackle it for you at very little cost. but the shitty part is, youd just have to trust me to send them back to you, ya know? lol. i should just start making them to order or something, but i dont have the capital to order shit tons of cymbals. damn things are so expensive nowadays. lol
yeah totally would work. i just chose normal size crashes and rides to look more real, you could really to it with hihats and they could even be junky first acts or zbts. alothough id get a decent pair of used ones. the only problem with using junky stagg and first act cymbals is that theyll get dented after a while and become all distorted because...well theyre shitty cymbals. ha! the choke part can be made out of either one. its only when you use a really heavy guage cymbal that its a problem.
Hey man, I will send you a set of cymbals. Let me know the cost. I'm using Sd2 with a TD8. I have a set of hats, couple crashes and a ride I'd convert in a heart beat. Let me know if you are interested and we can see what we can put together. Did you figure out the hihat trigger for open close?
eric gustin This is genius! Why wouldn't you try and sell them? The "goal" I have is to make my acoustic set an e kit (versatile) I have the Pearl conversation kit heads on my Mapex kit. The cymbals have been the death of me. I would buy these from you in a heart beat. The second cymbal idea is exactly what Jobekey (I might be spelling it wrong) but that is what they do. I think they use the entire cymbal though which makes any light weight stands useless for the cymbals. Awesome job dude.... you SHOULD sell them.
+Lipstick Drumstick well winters coming up and i might have some free time on my hands. i may be in the position to make a couple and sell them. i guess hit me up if youre interested. i wouldnt be charging very much. just the cost of the materials and a smidge for my time. lol. thanks for the nice comment.
neither. the stuff is called automotive chipguard or rockguard. and it applys with water and alcohol. look on youtube for videos about installing a clear bra and itll show you how. its basically like putting on window tint( but its way thicker and more durable.) hope this helps
....connection would eventually break. the fix? get a small ring terminal and extend a small piece of wire from it for your connection. then, when you rivet on your abs box put the rivet through the ring terminal. bam! theres ur connection to the cymbal that wont break and is inside the box.
incidentally, if anybodies gonna make one of these heres a great tip. when wiring up the box, youll need to attach a wire directly to the cymbal. this is impossible. trust me i tried soldering a wire to the cymbal for hours and it just wont take(cant get the cymbal hot enough ). not only that, as we are hitting the cymbal with sticks, its very likely that solder .....
Hi Eric I live in London can I ask you to make me the ride as described if you are interested I was amazed at the quality you achieved. Please let me know pricing.. Also would be eager to learn if you have managed anything with a Hi-Hat solution. Send me a your Facebook contact or a means to contact you. Thanks great work all the same
Way to compile ideas that other people have devised and documented years ago. But I've seen stealthier, maybe you haven't been around very long. And for all the hype you give "your" build, you could have at least painted the box brass too. LMAO
***** sorry moron. nobody has anything like this being sold or otherwise. and if you actually shut the fuck up and watch the video, i say very clearly that ive taken several different ideas from around the web and combined them with some of my own to make these. also, i WAS thinking of either painting or covering the box in bronze paint or tape. i also mentioned that in the video by the way. wait a second...did you even watch the video? maybe your english isnt that good, or maybe your just a lazy troll who couldnt find the time between spank sessions to actually watch, and more importantly, comprehend the video.... or maybe you were the load your mom should have swallowed....im really not sure at this point. but heres an idea, why dont you put your money where your dick is (your mouth), and leave a link to the superior cymbals that youve seen. please i beg you troll....cmon little troll, you can do it.
Eric Gustin Oh, poor baby, I must have struck a nerve. Hey, sorry, I forget that huge egos often have fragile self-esteem behind them. Look, you were bragging about taking other people's work and building the "most stealthy cymbal ever" and didn't bother doing something as simple as painting the box, which takes like, what, two minutes? Again, LMAO. Based on your exaggerated reaction, I bet you ran to your bedroom, slammed the door, and cried into your pillow for a good 10 minutes. "Mom, that guy was a jerk to me!" *sob* *sniffle* Then you looked at your notebook of insults that people have used towards you over the years and decided to throw them at me, muttering to yourself, "li'l Eric will have his revenge, I'll show him!" Were they supposed to upset me or make me laugh? It ironically caused the latter only because you meant the former. Yeah, Eric, actually I did watch as much of your video as I could handle... it's over 18 minutes and mostly a lot of filler for people who are oblivious to the subject. But I'm sure they appreciate getting up to speed, and I bet a lot of them probably have never seen something like this before. And honestly, your build is not bad, visually-speaking at least as I haven't seen it played or heard how effective the dampening was or know about the durability of it... it's just not that original to my eyes. And we've already noted one specific way in which you could have made it stealthier, right? Look, I have seen stealthier builds, I don't know why that upsets you... are you after some kind of glory? You do have this "I wanna be a rock star" vibe about you, so maybe this is your outlet for that? But to me, that's like Edison taking ideas from Tesla's notebook and saying "look at the bad ass thing I built!" I do think you mentioned one person, Racer52, but then, like you, he has more or less elaborated on the works and ideas of others as well. It's been an ongoing evolution amongst DIYers since the TD-10 was Roland's flagship at the beginning of the millennium... without those innovators before you, you'd be building nothing of this nature, you cannot argue that. Hence why I asserted that you may not have been around very long, which was not meant to be inflammatory, believe it or not. But then maybe the demeanor of my comment came off as snarky anyhow...oh well. I've seen great ideas that people would only share in-person or in PM's that they will never even post anywhere on the web, and I am not going to divulge them here. Do you think people who have great ideas that they can patent put them out there for everyone to see and copy? The fact is, lot of DIYers on this planet are building incredible things, and some are generously documented, some are not. But just because they are not documented doesn't mean they don't exist. But hey, maybe someone out there will be inspired by what you have documented here and elaborate upon it, so that's worth something. My advice: 1.) get a dictionary and look up the word "modesty" and figure out how to have some. I don't care if it actually were the ultimate brass cymbal trigger (which, to reiterate, I feel it is not), cockiness looks douchy on everybody. 2.) keep working at it, and more importantly, finish your project before you run off to hit record and have a smoke. You are on the right track though, maybe a future build will wow me someday after all.
haha. it seems that you and i are cut from the same cloth in regards to witty and ever snarky comebacks. lol. i have to at least appreciate that. not to mention the fact that you seem to spell check the shit out of everything you post, so as to avoid the idiot commenters who dont have a rebutting point from stooping to calling you out for a grammatical error...i do the same. to your point, you are correct in the fact that i have not invented anything. and i dont claim to have done so. i merely have taken tons of ideas, piled them together and added a few of my own to make what I believe to be a superior product than anything that ive seen out there. im not an engineer or a genius when it comes to electronics. that being said, almost all triggered cymbals operate in the same way (some slightly different than others) and with that in mind, every diy'er has also just taken other ideas that someone else had to make their own (while also adding a few of their own). for instance, pringles makes the pringles can, but if i made a pringles can that was a half inch wider so you could pull your hand out easily with chips in your hand, mine would be a better design. i wouldnt have invented anything, but merely improved on an existing design (and they should really get on that), which is what ive done here. im sure there are people out there who have something better, thats definately possible. but where it is not readily available for the public to verify, then that point is moot. you could arguably say that about anything. and to be clear, the only reason i fired back at you hard like that, is because quite honestly, your initial comment was just shitty for no reason. and sometimes people do that. we've all done it before, myself included. but when i see a comment on a video thats just just shitty for the sake of being shitty, even though there may be validity in some of the points, those points are null due to the shitty packaging they came in. as a result, i fire back hard cause i cant stand weak minded morons who only want to spout out ill thought out negativity and insults simply for the sake of doing it. BUT... i will say that after reading your second post, i must say i was mistaken. you sir are no moron, and im quite honestly happy to finally banter back and forth with someone who can hold their own and doesnt just resort to stupidity to make their point when they dont really have one. oh and by the way....im way modest and dont have an ego. not at all! i was simply just crazy excited about the design i had come up with, and couldnt wait to share it on you tube. thats why i wasnt "quite" finished. and as for the length of the video( 18 minutes), well, judging by this post (probably longer), i tend to ramble when i get enthusiastic about something.
yeah totally would work. i just chose normal size crashes and rides to look more real, you could really to it with hihats and they could even be junky first acts or zbts. alothough id get a decent pair of used ones. the only problem with using junky stagg and first act cymbals is that theyll get dented after a while and become all distorted because...well theyre shitty cymbals. ha! the choke part can be made out of either one. its only when you use a really heavy guage cymbal that its a problem

Thanks Eric, your video was very informative and useful, what seems to be a very spot on and accurate video description of a diy cymbal
Great job works great, have you tried doing brass hi hat as a electric hi hat, and how did it work

Hi.
Do you put the rockguard on both sides off the cymbal??
Peter
Hi, Nice looking cymbals. I was wondering what your plan was for the hi hat cymbal. Dual zone with top and bottom cymbals?
doing my first conversion project now and I am definitely going to try this. thanks for the info!!
What piezo's did you use?
I dont see it on your cymbal
What spray bottom
great video!
you should build one yourself and make a video of it!
BTW - your channel's great :D
hey thanks man. too funny.i just was looking up stuff on superior drummer 3 and came across your video. nice one. then i come back to my video which i havent looked at in forever and lo and behold theres a comment from you. lol small world. stay cool buddy
Hog Blockula I second this !
Hi Eric, are you still play this cymbal?
Excellent video man, one question, will this wiring work in a non-roland module? Will it work in a cheap Alesis one?
Could you post a link to the ebay link to the cymbal trigger box? Great video.
I found one at smartTrigger.com but its 30 bucks. couldn't find one on ebay
try on mouser.. i've got mine there.. like 3 dollars each..i'll try and find a link for it ;)

Thanks for the video. Will the rockguard coating save on stick damage?
Link to trigger box’s?

sure. the 3m double sided tape is the foam kind. it comes in a relatively small red roll(the tape is actually black the backing is red) for about 5 or 6 bucks at lowes or home depot. its the same stuff that 3m makes for automotive emblems, just wider. as for my killer logo, well that is a proprietary process, but ill clue you in if you keep it quiet. its black permanent marker. :) really. i put one coat of wax then buff then two coats of marker logo, then another couple coats of wax and buff.
I can't find the right trigger box. Does anyone have a link for these?
it is possible for u to make a dual & choke trigger for my to put on my cymbal? how much would it cost? thx
or maybe i could just send you the cymbals. bad thing is, that i live in the uk. thx alot
it would if you put it on top of the cymbal. i install it on the bottom. two reasons for this. the first is that the cymbal feels more real when its stick to brass for the hit. the second and more important, is that rockguard installs with water and alcohol. when you squeegee it on the top of the cymbal, the water / soap/ alcohol soultion tends to stay in the grooves of the cymbal. i only know this because i did it that way on my first cymbal and didnt like it. but it can be done
Well I finally found through this video exactly what I want to do for my cymbals thanks.
Bloody awesome mate!!! Thank you.
Dude. You are awesome ! What is your background to be able to do this ? Are you an engineer ?
Eric, can I purchase a couple of these cymbals?
yeah id be happy to make a set. but the problem is the materials. mainly the cymbals. i have plenty of the abs boxes, piezos, wires, etc. but i dont have cymbals to make them. and i really cant buy a bunch of cymbals in the hopes that someone would buy them, ya know? now if you wanted to mail me some cymbals to convert, id be happy to tackle it for you at very little cost. but the shitty part is, youd just have to trust me to send them back to you, ya know? lol. i should just start making them to order or something, but i dont have the capital to order shit tons of cymbals. damn things are so expensive nowadays. lol
yeah totally would work. i just chose normal size crashes and rides to look more real, you could really to it with hihats and they could even be junky first acts or zbts. alothough id get a decent pair of used ones. the only problem with using junky stagg and first act cymbals is that theyll get dented after a while and become all distorted because...well theyre shitty cymbals. ha! the choke part can be made out of either one. its only when you use a really heavy guage cymbal that its a problem.
Hey man, I will send you a set of cymbals. Let me know the cost. I'm using Sd2 with a TD8. I have a set of hats, couple crashes and a ride I'd convert in a heart beat. Let me know if you are interested and we can see what we can put together. Did you figure out the hihat trigger for open close?

hey..try and do it yourself.. it's easy, fun,and rewarding when you finish..
;)
eric gustin This is genius!
Got a link for the very cheap chinese box? No idea what to search for on alibaba.com. Thanks
Hi!
Nice video. does anyone know what i have to search for if i'm looking for these trigger boxes? cant find them on ebay
plastic enclosure
Very clever!
neither. the stuff is called automotive chipguard or rockguard. and it applys with water and alcohol. look on youtube for videos about installing a clear bra and itll show you how. its basically like putting on window tint( but its way thicker and more durable.) hope this helps
Epic stuff, Eric! Still solid in 2016. Thanks for the video bro. -Clark
Nice dude.. Thank you very much, some time I get to you a good box of cigarrettes from Venezuela as a gift for this video. Thank you
Impressive engineering. Even more impressive cigarette handling.
video coming soon bud. just gotta set the time aside. dont have the hihat ready yet, but the ride is almost done.
....connection would eventually break. the fix? get a small ring terminal and extend a small piece of wire from it for your connection. then, when you rivet on your abs box put the rivet through the ring terminal. bam! theres ur connection to the cymbal that wont break and is inside the box.
i have a sport shirt just like yours, walmart rules!!, nice job, this helps me a lot thanks!!
incidentally, if anybodies gonna make one of these heres a great tip. when wiring up the box, youll need to attach a wire directly to the cymbal. this is impossible. trust me i tried soldering a wire to the cymbal for hours and it just wont take(cant get the cymbal hot enough ). not only that, as we are hitting the cymbal with sticks, its very likely that solder .....
Your text was cut off. Was wanting to hear your advice
Thanks great work all the same
Awesome
holy fucking shit this is brilliant
Eric, Thanks! This is freaking awesome!
Ruined everything with the cigarette...simply stupid.
Too much of talking with out any practical DEMO. I just wasted my time
Way to compile ideas that other people have devised and documented years ago.
My advice:
1.) get a dictionary and look up the word "modesty" and figure out how to have some. I don't care if it actually were the ultimate brass cymbal trigger (which, to reiterate, I feel it is not), cockiness looks douchy on everybody.
2.) keep working at it, and more importantly, finish your project before
you run off to hit record and have a smoke. You are on the right track
though, maybe a future build will wow me someday after all.
haha. it seems that you and i are cut from the same cloth in regards to witty and ever snarky comebacks. lol. i have to at least appreciate that. not to mention the fact that you seem to spell check the shit out of everything you post, so as to avoid the idiot commenters who dont have a rebutting point from stooping to calling you out for a grammatical error...i do the same. to your point, you are correct in the fact that i have not invented anything. and i dont claim to have done so. i merely have taken tons of ideas, piled them together and added a few of my own to make what I believe to be a superior product than anything that ive seen out there. im not an engineer or a genius when it comes to electronics. that being said, almost all triggered cymbals operate in the same way (some slightly different than others) and with that in mind, every diy'er has also just taken other ideas that someone else had to make their own (while also adding a few of their own). for instance, pringles makes the pringles can, but if i made a pringles can that was a half inch wider so you could pull your hand out easily with chips in your hand, mine would be a better design. i wouldnt have invented anything, but merely improved on an existing design (and they should really get on that), which is what ive done here. im sure there are people out there who have something better, thats definately possible. but where it is not readily available for the public to verify, then that point is moot. you could arguably say that about anything. and to be clear, the only reason i fired back at you hard like that, is because quite honestly, your initial comment was just shitty for no reason. and sometimes people do that. we've all done it before, myself included. but when i see a comment on a video thats just just shitty for the sake of being shitty, even though there may be validity in some of the points, those points are null due to the shitty packaging they came in. as a result, i fire back hard cause i cant stand weak minded morons who only want to spout out ill thought out negativity and insults simply for the sake of doing it. BUT... i will say that after reading your second post, i must say i was mistaken. you sir are no moron, and im quite honestly happy to finally banter back and forth with someone who can hold their own and doesnt just resort to stupidity to make their point when they dont really have one. oh and by the way....im way modest and dont have an ego. not at all! i was simply just crazy excited about the design i had come up with, and couldnt wait to share it on you tube. thats why i wasnt "quite" finished. and as for the length of the video( 18 minutes), well, judging by this post (probably longer), i tend to ramble when i get enthusiastic about something.
+Eric Gustin
Nice job on the cymbals and the come back. Classy. Anyway, thanks on behalf of the DIY community for posting.
I value his reply to my reply. I do.
