Love love mobility. As I commented during the Live. I just had my 50 th High School Reunion. Hard to believe that this glam girl is that old. lol. I got so many compliments on how I look, I attribute that to Chris and her work outs.

Mobility is so challenging for me. Not because I have trouble with the positions, but because I love stretching and it's so hard to make myself keep moving and not just really get deep and hold the stretch. I know we need it all though, so I try! Thank you for helping me through it.
This was a really great mobility after sitting in a car all day! You don’t realize how stiff you can get just doing nothing but sittin 😊 now I feel like could walk 500 hundred miles ok maybe just 5.❤

Loved this mobility workout. It was great on my neck and hips. Also, anyone who thinks it would be fun to do yoga with cats should visit with my cat. As soon as he sees me on the floor, he is over by me, biting me if I am not petting him. Super relaxing. LOL
I have a similar issue with my girl, she loves to try to join me on the mat....usually on her back demanding tummy rubs - Im sure she wonders what on earth Im doing down there! 😸

I did this one tonight and felt looser afterward. The 30 minutes went by way too fast! It felt more like 10 minutes. Maybe you could do a 40-45 mobility workout. 😁
That Mobility was GLORIOUS !! I don’t know how you time it exactly right but just as I can barely do a move again, you say, "Last one." Yes! I wish all people could feel this good in their bodies as we do after mobility with you! Thank you, Chris!
FANTASTIC stretch. I loved the hip section at the end. I am saving this one. The pyrex story had me laughing. I could relate because there I was stretching on a cookie sheet because I couldn't find my yoga mat😂Not really....Thank you!

Great stretch! I noticed my wrists were really tight and not flexible during that stretch. I think I saw you had a hand and wrist stretch. I'm going to try strecthing that more and see if it helps my bad wrists and thumb joint!

Mobility training - I experience a range of emotions. The thrill of putting my hands on the floor to the despair of still not being able to bring my leg through and going into the lunge. Yet, I will continue to modify until I overcome😂
