I so needed this today. I pushed myself hard yesterday and earlier in the tabata today and I immediately felt the benefit of these stretches. My hips were super stiff too but this helped a lot. Im definitely going to do this one again. It was nice and wrist friendly too. Thank you so much for these stretches. i do need to do them more often.

My hips have been very tight lately and this felt so good! Appreciated your mammogram story - I also passed out during one of mine and freaked out the technician! Now I always warn them and they let me sit down between images. Being a woman is so much fun 😝
So in need of this today - not sure why this week I feel so tight - but this was just what I needed. Might give it another go in a couple of days too, normally do mobility just once a week but feel I need more atm.

Feeling so much better after doing this workout! I totally agree with AmandaMartin. - after doing stretch workout you will realize the need of stretching! In general I try to add a flexibility and mobility workout after every workout, due to available time not possible every day but almost every day 👍🏻
I don't like to do this because it's so hard for me but that is EXACTLY why I do this. So important to stretch and maintain or improve flexibility and mobility

Chris! I hurt my back yesterday doing dead lifts. Was holding 25 lb weights and just moved a little in the wrong direction and knew I was in trouble. Afterwards, it hurt to go up stairs, and it really hurt to try to get up from a seated or lying position. First, if it had not been for me consistently doing your strength training, it would have been worse! Second, I did this full body stretch this morning and am amazed at how much better I feel. I’m still sore, but my mobility has improved so much in one day! It’s easier to get up from a seated position and to move in general. Since you’re not a doctor (wait, what?!?!), I do have an appointment with mine on Tuesday. 😊 Doing this one again tomorrow, and will come back to even more of your stretching and mobility workouts. Shame on me that it took getting injured to finally do EXTENDED stretching and mobility. THANK YOU!!❤❤❤❤

There are so many good things about your stretching and mobility workouts. I am trying to get used the constant chatter however since Im just listening the cues get lost in the chatter or dont happen.

I have issues with my neck and have been going to PT. A free weeks ago I received acupuncture in my skull down to my neck and let me tell you it was amazing! If you haven’t tried, maybe look into that.

As well as being really effective this class was such a giggle to do, thank you for the laughs. I’m awoken by my dog every day without fail around 5am by a pair of eyes starring at me to get up, and should I ignore it I get head butted til I move.
