Fun workout! I loved how you incorporated some step moves in there and made it 27 minutes. I'd love to see more odd-timed workouts - like 29 or 33 or 37. Seems more doable than 30 or 45 for some reason.

Awesome job today Daniel. I did this one when I got home from work today. I always try to find a bit of energy to catch up on these workouts when I get home from work. Fortunately I only work 3 days a week so of course when I’m not at work I can usually do them “lives”. It’s always nice to catch up with you and everyone else saying hello on the live chat and even though we’re spread around the country and globe it feels like we’re all in the same room doing it together. Chris and her team always do a great job of keeping us fit and motivated too

Great workout. Loved the music! Reminded me of the days when I did an hour long high impact aerobics or step class. Thanks for the low impact modifications, as I switch back and forth during the workout.
I am a cardio queen (sorry! lol); because I am restricted on lifting for another week (Yuck!) . when I do get cleared , should I do your full body sessions? or be specific? (lower body /leg Upper body )? I am a runner in my fifties, so running will be my cardio ( I want to run marathons again). Any advise would be great. A lot of people tell me , you really should stop running , it''s so bad for you. Running is how I get my stress relief, I think, pray , enjoy nature etc. So I believe you when you say strength training will keep me strong. Thank you so much Chris!! I appreciate all you give to this channel (and me)!

I cannot tell you how many calories you will burn in a workout. Nobody can. It depends on your age, level of fitness, body composition, weight and more. Do not fall for clickbait telling you how many calories you will burn. Some people may burn 15o in this workout, some may burn 500
