I am terribly disappointed that the Space Force didn’t adopt the “Imperial March” from Star Wars.
Oh my God that's perfect!
Get this man a position in congress for this
Well, before they can adopt this march, the need some powerful spaceships first.
You need a track record first.
I agree
Thank you nmilitary personnel. In am a survivor of the WW11. I was in the Phiippines during the japanese occuptaion. American soldiers saved my life from poverty and cruelty of the Japanese. I am now in America, a survivor of WW2
Beautiful. My late husband was one PROUD MARINE Thank you all for your Service. As my husband would always say Semper Fi.
May his memory be a blessing.
Super sorry to hear about that. I highly appreciate his service and hope the best for you.
1:00 Semper Paratus (Coast Guard)
2:07 Wild Blue Yonder (Air Force)
2:47 Anchors Aweigh (Navy)
3:21 Marines Hymn (Marines)
4:01 The Army Goes Rolling Along (Army)
1:31 Semper Supra (Space Force)
The air force is called The U.S Air Force
Thank you, but you left out the one I've had stuck in my head. It's the song being played as the Flag Officers march onto the stage (@0:14 - @0:29). I keep finding it as part of military videos on YT, but so far nobody has identified it!
3:46 awesome moment.
A soldier in his uniform in a power chair. Looks like he was trying to straighten the back.
Thanks camera man for not forgetting him.
Proud Vietnam Army veteran daughtet.

Born and living in China for more than two decades, I am still proud to be an American. Wherever I am given freedom, that is my country. Thank you for your service!
God bless America.
U don't even know what America is.
There's no such thing as an American citizen. Citizenship doesn't attach 2land mass or continent but rather 2nation state. The America's r approximately 1/3of the populated world, home to 55 nations, 2large continents &100's of islands.
There is also no such thing as a Mexican American because ALL of Mexico is in the Americas. Canada is America. Brazil is America. Cuba is America. Every single island in the Caribbean Basin is America. Don't believe the rantings of the unwashed masses &the jelly faced snakes.
All of this can be verified in 10 seconds or less w/a review of a map of the Americas.
Have you been arrested for that comment yet?
I hope your comment never reaches the CCP. Let’s get you out of the firewall
I hope u know that the USA is only part of the Americas. U do know that there’s no country called ‘America’ right? The Americas r approximately 1/3 of the populated world, hm to55 countries, 2large continents &100’s of islands.
Contrary 2popular sociobabble, there’s no such thing as an American citizen, an African citizen, an African American, a Mexican American, a Cuban American, etc. All of Mexico is in the Americas. Citizenship doesn’t attach 2land mass or continent but rather 2nation state. A 10second review of a map of the Americas will quickly reveal this.
@@ct4cf so… what the heck do you suggest to refer to people from USA?
Here in the Spanish language we have our own way to refer people from the US as “Estadounidense”
So what do you suggest for the English language?
The Marine Corps always kills it in their Dress Blues.
Always. Semper Fi
What a proud moment seeing so many hero's under one roof gave me chills. It must've been an honor to be present in the crowd.
우리 한국인들에게도 미군은 영웅이기에 저도 기분이 좋네요
교류관계라고 해도 오랫동안 미군이 우릴 보호해주는것은 맞으니까 그들의 노고에 감사할 따름입니다

Makes me so proud to be an AMERICAN!! Thank you! Well done!! Thank you all for your service, for protecting this country from enemies- foreign and domestic. God Bless US ARMED FORCES- all branches
I served 20 years Air Force, but when I've gone to the memorial day events such as this, it stand for all branches. Skiers, Marines, Seamen And Coasties, they are all my brothers and sisters, they are my family. I've stood with them in my 7 deployments and I stand with the in peace time.
They are my family and I love them all.

@@samzechariah5 Thank you for serving our country.
Thank you for your service when I graduate high school in 2026 I want to join the Air Force
@@collinthegamer510And I guess I’m the one joining the army in this conversation. See y’all out there soon!
Thank you for your service, Darren.
Just wanted to thank all the Military Men and Women who Sacrifice their lives for protecting our World. God bless you all. Retire Navy Veteran. ⚓️ ⚓️⚓️⚓️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
My family has a military history with my great-uncle Ed serving in the Army as a guard during the Nuremberg Trials, my great-uncle Joe, Ed’s older brother, serving in the Navy during World War II and seeing action in the Pacific Theater off the Japanese coast during merchant vessel escorts and the coordinated depth charge sinking of the Imperial Japanese submarines I-37 and I-48 along with escorting the mighty carrier Task Force TF58, rescuing one of her men while another ship rescued another. My maternal grandfather served in the Air Force but never saw action overseas. He passed away from cancer on February 16, 2005 aged 79 years. My great-uncle Jim was also a veteran. I’m not sure if this is accurate, but I believe Jim Anonie (my great-uncle Jim) was Army. My maternal grandfather was the only family member not buried. My great-uncle Ed passed away from congestive heart failure at age 90 on July 28, 2017 and was laid to rest with full military honors in Oval Cemetery. My great-uncle Joe passed away at age 94 on July 30, 2019 and was laid to rest with full military honors beside his beloved brother after his preplanned graveside service (he planned his own funeral when he was still living). And his other brother, my grampap, was laid to rest in 2014 not far from his brothers in the same grave his beloved daughter (my aunt Linda) was laid to rest in just over three years prior. I carried my grampap’s casket and rendered salutes at my great-uncle Ed and great-uncle Joe’s funerals. My buddy Harvey Fessler served first in the Merchant Marines, only to transfer to the Coast Guard for the remainder of his military service. His body was cremated and his ashes taken to Twin Hills Memorial Park for his graveside service. As his urn was carried to his grave, I held a salute as the urn passed by. Harvey was committed without military honors. His widow, Cheryl, kept his ashes and probably scattered them where Harvey would’ve wanted them scattered. She also kept my tribute to her late husband after I read it at the graveside service. I’m not going to say where Twin Hills Memorial Park is, so it’s going to be up to you guys to find it yourselves online. Oval Cemetery is a location giveaway if you live in Pennsylvania like me and have it as your closest cemetery. I’m signing up for Wreaths Across America, which is a program in which people pay to sign up and set wreaths at veteran graves in cemeteries across America.
You sound like a sweet chip off many great blocks that gave me my freedom, all of them. Thank you.
God bless America, Best wishes from the UK
God Bless America..And God protect our military in all armed service..we are so proud of you all! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!

God’s blessings to all our military n families n vets n seniors
My family is mostly navy and marines and I’m thinking of joining the air force when I grow up. God bless all our troops.
Get ready for a lot of good natured ribbing. My family is largely ground pounders (army or marines). When I joined the navy I served aboard submarines, so no surprise when they started and kept calling me a bubble head.
@@Luis-be9mitrust me I’ve been looking for a “nickname” since I started doing stuff about the military. I’d probably something humorous to get a real nickname in the Air Force though. Thanks for your service!
@@Ry_guy7 oh it’s fun initially, that all changed on the first thanksgiving we had together when I decided to cook for them. They immediately wisened up when they realized I was the cook on the subs I served on.
I would like to give a BIG thank you to all who served in the armed forces.

Everyone is so great and cool! ! wonderful !!👏
I LOVE THIS SECTION WHEN THE AIR FORCE SONG IS PLAYED I HOLD MY DAD'S PICTURE UP SO EVERY BODY CAN SEE IT
I have never heard of Space Force. Our family are very patriotic . We have had members in our family in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and The Marines. Currently, my youngest nephew is in the Air Force.
It is very recent addition to the U.S. military in 2019 and it formed out of the Air Force taking up the responsibilities of the Airforce's space command.
@@NBH-xh3nq Thank you, i had no idea.
@@video198712 you’re welcome, maybe a future family member will be in the space force, you never know.
@@video198712 It's the same basic idea as when the Air Force went from being a part of the Army, the US Army Air Corps, to it's own service, and for similar reasons. The needs of aerial warfighting were different from a ground based force, and as it grew in importance, it needed it's own command, logistics and traning infrastructure.
Now the needs of maintaining space based warning, communications and intelligence infrastructure is just as vital, and different from the needs of an air force, so it has become it's own service.
My family is mostly Air Force with a mix of Army, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. Despite not being able to serve active Guard or reserve due to a lifelong physical challenge I'm proud to say that for 17 years I've been U.S. Air Force Auxiliary aka Civil Air Patrol! 🇺🇸
God bless our military and Veterans.
Will see 2024's
Great to see the Space Force added to the Medley.
that's awesome
Still don't trust Space Force.
@@the1magageneral323 lolol, because Drumph? If Trump had created the Post Office would you distrust them too?
@@the1magageneral323now that we know that the government has been hiding files of UFO sightings, it makes sense why they would make one
Unfortunately, they suffer from lack of name recognition or not being taken seriously.
Appreciate for sharing the clear and vivid video clip!
That Space Force is going to take getting use to. I was expecting the Star Wars theme. Their uniform looks kind of strange too.

I am Canadian.. but I stood for all... Your loyal brother to the North, Greetings, Royal Can Legion 295.
Please tell me it’s okay to cry to this
Strange... We were taught that the songs should be played in Seniority. Army, Marine, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard. CG is last because it is a part of DOT, not DOD.
They did that but in reverse to end with the oldest branch.
USCG no longer part of DOT. It’s been part of Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) since 2003.
It's seems to be random.
The order changes changes every year.
@@FloofyMinari Coast Guard (Not DOD), the youngest to eldest branches
@@lEGOBOT2565 if its in order of youngest to oldest then it should be Space Force, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy, and Army. The Coast Guard aint young.
Im very biased, but I love when the Air Force song is last because its so fast and bombastic compared go the others, its a hilarious juxtaposition.
I love this guy
God bless our troops!👍🏻🙏🏻🇺🇲
Only the Army and Marine Corps commanding officers walked with a straight back...proud of you gents.
Oorah Semper Fidelis
Not sure why RUclips matrix brings me to this video. However; I loved it and so proud to be an American~! God bless the USA~!!!
ALL RIGHT!!!!!!!! GO GO ARMY!!!!
I'm curious -- did anyone else notice that the Gen Eric Smith, Asst Commandant, US Marine Corps, didn't step forward nor did he in 2022 -- I can see in 2022 he saluted quickly. Wonder why?? In 2020 and 2021, Gen David Berger was standing outside the Pentagon (pandemic) and remained saluting through the song. In 2019, LtGen Michael Dana (Director, Marine Corps Staff) stayed saluting throughout. in 2018, Gen Glenn Walters remained saluting throughout.
We don’t salute the Hymn but we do Salute the Colors as they pass.
@@Paulanthny I was wondering the same thing.
I suppose it could make sense that you do not salute the song but rather the US Flag as it goes by. But wouldn't that be something they discuss and they all do the same thing?
Marines are taught to be at the position of attention during the marines hymn
I noticed that General Smith takes a step forward, salutes, then stands at the position of attention during the song
lets be honest this shit hits hard
Greetings friends family Rubén beloved from Mexico blessings
Listened to and watched a "video" of this on our first ( rented) Philco TV in 1951. I still remember all the words !! Wonderful childhood memories....thank you.
I have been doing my own SPIN on this for almost a decade now, especially at my military veteran's posts' gigs here in FL.
GOD Bless our Military 🇺🇲
I have a brother in the navy HOOYA UNITED STATES NAVY STRONG
Trombones had some fun with the Air Force theme😂
It'll be a long time before anyone from other services knows the USSF song. As it is, no one knows the Coast Guard song when it's in the medleyi.
I'm more concerned that most people don't know their way around the constitution. Semper Paratus is a great song, though. Perhaps since we're not slighting the Coast Guard anymore, it will catch on.
From the hall of montezuma to shore of tripoli
I LOVE U MR CLEAN BOY OF NAVYYYYY ALL HERO OF ARMY OF U.S!!!!!!

Lots of battle streamers on that Space Force flags; apparently we have defeated more alien creatures than I was aware of.
Anyone catch Gen Hokansan lip singing along to the army song? He feels that song I think.

Is it my imagination or does the space force have a star trek starfleet insignia in its banner
Space Force used the insignia that called “Arrowhead Delta symbol” which NASA used first in 1961, before Star Trek would bring it to the franchise as insignia of Starfleet in 1966. We can see similarities and differences between the Space Force delta and Starfleet insignia itself.
@@tim_thailand9569 Thanks for the explanation.
Wondering why the Assistant Commandant of the Marines did not salute the presentation of the Colors. Only one who didn't salute. Very strange!!!!
That’s because Marines never salute when our Hymn is being played, we stand at attention. We salute all Colors and National Nathem
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Semper Fi
It may be the perfect song for ANY parting
OUTSTANDING 🇺🇸⚓️!
1:36 There should've been a stormtrooper, Buzz Lightyear, a Halo soldier, and Mr. Spock carrying those flags. I know some people don't like the idea of using pop culture icons to represent the Space Force, but seriously, it would greatly increase recruitment. We just need to send recruits to space first.
AGREED !!

Can anyone tell we what uniform the guy at 4:23 is wearing, i am usally familier with uniforms but i dont recongnize this one.
