NOt gonna lie, sick boat! I had a 2000 Formula 382 Fastech, and it was an absolute beast...best bad investment I've ever made. The family memories are wonderful!
I have an 83 20’ Eliminator Jet Boat all original & a 88 33’ Scarab that I just had refitted with refurbished 496’s to replace the 454’s but there’s something about the sound & feel of old school carbureted big blocks that is like meditating, it’s the perfect sound with the perfect vibrations, there’s nothing like it..
Looks pretty, but like double the trouble to me! Lol. Getting it all sinked together and running optimum would be tedious I imagine. Very cool though, love that sound. Trim up and rip it!! Jet skis couldn’t even keep up. Lol Slow skis. Fast boat!! 👍
Very nice. Very nice indeed. I have to say you are a better man than me who can stand that thing on the front (searchlight?), if I bought a boat with it mounted like that, it would be gone before I put it into the water the first time. Though I have to admit, since I am not really an "Old school guy", and I guess its part of that appeal a bit. I can dig it. Cheers mate.
Mercruiser TRS Drives, Mirage Plus 25p props. Turn on captions in the video and you can see other mods. Best so far was 72 on GPS in perfect speed chop.
Hey now....You still have that boat? Does it have a generator on it? How much you thinking the boat is worth I'm looking to get that same boat but with 2 454 motors and 4 Holley carburetors

I love that spotlight! Old school and really cool how it pivots and swivels.
Sounds great

Very nice! I wanted a 302 but ended up wit a 272
272 are cool boats!
@@jtd315same! My 272 ls measures at 30 ft all black
Did you get this beauty from the Grassls by chance? They had a very similar boat on Sodus as well
That name doesn't sound familiar. This one has only had a couple owners before me. I've owned about 8 yrs.
What is the timing set at...34°?
Need to keep the camera below the windshield so we can hear it not the wind
Good pointer!

No generator on the boat. Hard to say how much they are worth depends on condition and motors. Probably anywhere from 8k to 30k
Sweet❤
Gas On!
I OWN A 1979 FORMULA 233
That thing makes my eagle 230 eliminator look like a dinghy with its single mag 8.1 ho….
Engine rpm are out of sync. It’s humping real bad
Sounds like a $500 gas bill
