I saw this big 515 that had the Built -in-house 9liter DOHC V8 and twin turbos, 1350hp on pump unleaded gas! 2700hp and 135mph top speed! The engines sounded smooth and surprisingly quiet! Not rough,loud and cammy!

Either way you look at it there’s a imbalance in air/fuel delivery. And I’ve spent my entire life on the water, I’ve been on board for poker runs and my uncle used to race Apaches(throttle man) which I’ve been on as well. That doesn’t mean I know EVERYTHING. But I can tell you blower surging isn’t something that’s just inherently standard. It can be adjusted/tuned. I’ve been on Fountains, Formulas, Cigarettes, Sunsation. None of them surged like that. Some people think it’s cool. It sounds like shit

If you notice some of them idle surge. I cant imagine having a machine like that and not having it perfectly tuned every time you take it out

No, but you can tune a lot of it out. It’s caused by air flow from turbo compressors and blowers at idle.
