People often focus on physical aspects of health, exercise, healthy eating as being the norm for self care.
Its important for people to understand that discussion on mental health breaks down the stigma that somehow mental health isn't every bit as normal as physical health.
Everyone has struggles and its ok to talk about it. Theres is never shame in sharing all aspects of health to be the best you that you can be.

I see "both" of her parents in this Lil darling! Yes Chris was all of that, but Lily's mother is the epitome of class, success, and an absolutely excellent mother! There is no such thing as a perfect parent, but if there were it would b Susan Silver!!!

But it ALL comes with a price.

Everyone who spent a lot of time with Kurt before Nirvana was huge said he was super focused on being a big, famous rock star. He loved what he did and was a fantastic songwriter as well but he certainly worked very very hard at doing his best to become famous. The thing is, wanting fame and loving what you do aren't mutually exclusive. Wanting fame and riches doesn't sully talent and motivation.
Very true April. I understand, I share similar impulses and drive but it's all put on hold and I am extremely pessimistic about the outcome.
They are missed a massive deal. Both complete geniuses. Layne was a rare creative and astonishing singer and kurdt was a phenomenal song writer. Their lives drew us in and locked us inside when they died. Haunted by the best. Take care

Can u imagine being at the lowest rung of society n not being paid for your work n maybe even have to pander to your customers n bosses?

Hey Sirius - you may want to identify the interviewer...(unless his name is Volume then it's my bad)...
What If Chris did what he did to protect his loved ones? I can see that more clearly ‘now a days’ than what’s being said in the fake media. He protected his loved ones vs watching one of his loved ones “disappear”.... you or I would do the same in his situation. Instead of sacrificing the one he loves, he gave them no more leverage and sacrificed himself. That’s a big pill to swallow, but I believe he did what I would do in the same situation........ no questions asked. Rest In Peace please Chris Cornell, I love you like a brother. Thank you for saving your precious kin, they’ll make you proud....they already have.
I’ve wondered the very same for the longest time. Regardless of the back and forth we were and still are hearing from the 2nd wife, her very first post stated something like ‘I will fight for you’. What did that really mean? It could have meant anything. Many of us will always wonder what went down leading up and including that heart wrenching night. My bad. I shouldn’t be commenting as such within this video post. Lovely Lily’s light shines bright. She is what matters moving forward

Then she IS like her dad because he did not take his own life. And btw, let's not forget Lily also has a very amazing mom, Susan! Lily is the best of both of them.
Chris was suicided, he didn’t take his life, neither did Chester.
