Aww..im so happy for you guys..ive always wanted twins and they run in my family but i never had twins, the closest i got was my 2 older girls are 17 months apart and my son and daughter are 11 months apart, i got pregnant just 3 weeks after having my son with my daughter, So my son was born Dec 07 2008 and my daughter was born Nov 3 2009, they are the same age for about a month each year..And i have 5 kids all together..But its pretty cool, exspecially watching them grow up so close in age..

Yes. Remember quite vividly the doctor saying there were TWO heartbeats. “You mean mine and the baby’s right? RIGHT!?” Currently 22 weeks pregnant with boy girl fraternal twins and we’re still shocked but excited. Congratulations on your two miracles! Can’t wait to follow your journey.

That's amazing. It so unfortunate that the loving parents who really want to have children often struggle to and then there's me...a woman who doesn't want children but overly fertile. I would love to be a surrogate to anyone who couldn't have children etc. I wish you all the best

At 10 weeks, I had an ultrasound and found out we were having twins. My husband and could not stop smiling and giggling on the drive home. We were so elated! I called everyone I knew that day! God bless you and your family!
My jaw dropped when they told us we were having triplets... and 10.5 months later we naturally conceived twins... Having five under one was not an easy task but it’s SO SO SOOOO special 💗 Congratulations 🎊

@@annarumming-pain6048 I meant to write 1.5 months 😆 our triplets were 10.5 months when our twins were born. We had 7 children within four years and now our youngest (twins) are 4yo and we’re expecting our second set of twins, 3rd set of multiples.

They’re sharing a sac so that means they’re identical. Identical twins are just luck, not a trait passed down in families.

No, identical twins have nothing to do with how many sacs are their. Identical twins is the same egg divided in two and fraternal twins is when two eggs is implanted by two different sperms.

I’m new to your channel and I’m a first time mom to twin boys!! I carried my boys full term and my water broke. Had a natural delivery and all. It’s been one of the most challenging but amazing blessings I could have ever experienced in my life. My husband and I just adore our boys who will be turning 1 this Saturday.
I breastfeed them both until 11 months. They are both walking and in EVERYTHING.

harsh2945 it isn’t important for a lot of people. Knowing earlier doesn’t affect a lot of people’s decision regardless. Also, with my last pregnancy I didn’t have any of those test done until I was 16wks.

And when I went with my daughter to her first Ultrasound the technician asked her “Is this your first ultrasound?” With a look of like OMG. And of course we were thinking something was wrong. So my daughter was yes this is my first ultrasound and she says “ Oh cuz I see 2 heads” and I just cried and left the room in shock and went to the lobby and called my husband right away Lol....I wish you and your family all the best😊🎉🧸

Kira Batey I was just stating. My Grams sister’s both had identical twins. Her brother had fraternal twins, my Grams was the only one who didn’t have twins and 7 kids.

Identical twins do not run in family’s, they are by pure chance. Congratulations yours look like identicals ( same bag)
Ashley Arushanyan Not completely true anymore. That’s been the saying for many years and it is the most common way to conceive identical twins, that’s correct. But the latest science shows that genetically you can be more likely to get your eggs to mutate into two. I had my identical twins almost a year ago and have been a part of many studies since. Quite interesting that science change all the time and we learn new stuff constantly. (Sorry if the English is bad, it’s not my first language)

Not necessarily. Yes, in general it is, however you can have a genetic disposition for things such a egg splitting. It’s a WHOLE complicated study learnt in biology 101 (university biology) and get this... my sister is an identical twin (unfortunately other one passed away. Didn’t get to meet.) My dad is an identical twin. My dads uncles (my great uncles) are identical twins. My grandmothers sisters are identical twins. my grandmothers mother (my great grandmother) and her sister are identical twins and my great great grandmother and her sister are identical twins. That’s as far as we have traced back in family history but I’m sure there are much more! my family place bets every time on of me and my sisters/ my cousins get pregnant to see who will have the twins 🤣 still four of us left without kids!
