I've recently gotten into trains, and the only Heritage unit I've caught is NS 1067. I was like, "woooah what's that?". I had no idea what heritage units were lol.
The Erie is sentimental to me, because my hometown (Kent Ohio) was built and centered around the Erie. We still have the old depot and a few old passenger cars sitting around.
Beautiful colors and designs by NS.
I caught 1066 and that CSX dash 8 with that same train in Rochester PA and got a tour of 1066 I was so excited I wish I could've filmed it
I have these engines in Train Simulator 2020 But the engines all have Underwater K5LLA horns and i want them like this.
BTW great catches!
My favorite Heritage units are the Conrail and PRR. Growing up near Philadelphia I used to see the conrails and PRR had it's roots
Then this is for you. I can relate to ya: I grew up in the Delaware Valley....
Caught this in Milford, DE yesterday & chased it to Harrington, DE- where I shot this at....
ruclips.net/video/hRYnYYbKmiU/видео.html
My favorite are the PRR , conrail and Erie ones
Great video, nice to see the different railroads that were being represented that are now Norfolk Southern, Union Pacific, BNSF(Burlington Northern Santa Fe) in the heritage unit series.
Having to admit Penn Central is part of your lineage is like introducing people to that uncle that you won’t let your kids be alone with...
gospelsparky 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣
gospelsparky pC was a nightmare.
I've caught Northfolk & Western, Lehigh Valley, and Conrail.
Penn Central is my favorite heritage unit

Epic heritage units + shots! Also some epic lashups on these trains!
Awesome heritage units, love them on the tanker trains
Great video. Your mic actually caught the bass of the diesel!
Pretty amazing find tonight as I watch this after work tonight. I would LOVE to see New York Central or a Conrail train pass me by in Jax, Fl. If I did see one, I'd probably follow it to it's next stop. My Father was a Yard Master in Rochester, New York. He was there when it was NYC. Great history! Love the fact they are keeping R/R History alive. **side note** I wonder what ever happened to the RF&P? I have and HO scale engine. It was one of my favorite growing up and my Dad's as well.
love that # 8098 what a beauty. she is
On your next heritage unit, your train @ Silvis, Illinois has 2 Iowa Interstate ES44DC's leading. It sure was a rare rare look!
I feel like every train had a BNSF on it
