you need to turn off the beauty mode on the Note 10 to make the comparison even better. Also, the video comparison was 4K/60? Note 10 has ZERO electronic stabilisation at 4K/60, dropping it to 4K/30 enables EIS. You haven't mentioned that at 1080p, the Note 10 has the best stabilisation (called Super Steady mode). Alas, no 4K for that.
You can disable the beauty mode on the note and you will get all the details on your face, to my eyes note 10 photos looked more beautiful and pleasing
So far, this is the ONLY review that points out the closeness of pixel’s image to real life. Every other reviewer (including the famous ones shame on you) just compares the images to each other which is pure stupid if you ask me. I tried the iPhone 11 Pro and pixel 4 side by side and I was so disappointed in the images the iPhone produced. The iPhone is a better phone overall, in terms of usability, but for the camera, it doesn’t even come close to pixel 4. Thank you for this great review! Thumbs up!
Pixel 4 wins by far, especially, if you know something about photography. They just updated the camera app for the pixel 3 and 3a. Now you can get pretty similar photos with a less expensive device. The 11 pro does makes nice videos. For me shooting 4k with a phone is quite annoying though. The white balance and other little problems can be easily solve in any of those phones.
I love how detailed the photos are when using the Pixel 4. If it has higher batt, I think I'll go for pixel 4 instead of iPhone 11 Pro. But at the end of the day, it boils down to your preference as what you mentioned.
I really love the comparisons you made between these three amazing yet astounding new smartphones.I love pixel 4 pictures quality especially during low light. But as someone that loves videography and photography like me,iphone 11 pro is a yes!
The problem with the Pixel 4's portait mode is that it does a hard cut around the boundary, while the iPhone does smoother blur transition. IMO the iPhone's is much better, even though the Pixel's edge detection might be better, that harder transition ruins the photos and is really obvious especially when you zoom in :(
I rally like the saturation in the iPhone, the realistic features in the pixel, and the brightness in the note. Honestly, they are all super cool but I think I’d lean towards the pixel and iPhone more depending whether you like saturated or realistic photos. I’d be lucky if I even had a phone with data, but I can’t say anything because I do have a phone so I guess I’m just spoilt. Ahhhhhhhhh
I love these comparison videos. And they also make me even happier that I chose to return my Note 10+ for my current phone. The Pixel 4 XL. This thing is amazing! 🤩
You returned your pixels back without letting the phone learning the way you use it, my battery on my 4xl was getting around 4 hours first week on screen, now with that battery optimization I'm easy getting around 6-7 hours! Google hands down has the best software and best user learning experience!
they're all good phones with real good cameras. I do give the iphone credit for having the most features and overall quality and for very good video. I give the note 10 credit for hanging on there and I give the Pixel credit for having excellent camera quality and for being unique. But again, they're all good phones and definitely more than good enough for the average consumer. Cheers!
One point I don't agree with you is giving the pixel the edge for video over the note no way the note video quality is much better but other than that it's great review so for. Keep going man
1. Pixel 4 was the best by a decent amount. Selfies were better, more detailed. It seems to do less underexposed shots than previous years 2. iPhone 11. Selfies had good detail but lost color in your hair. Was more saturated than I expected 3. Note 10. Shots were a little too exposed. Less shadows and contrast
Of course you can get an ultra wide field of view. It's ridiculous how many RUclipsrs claim that this is not possible. You just need to take multiple photos (dng format is the best way), then you can stitch them automatically together with Lightroom or free software from Microsoft. This way you can get a 4:3 ultra wide photo that even has much more detail and much less noise than a ultra wide angle camera, also see Brenizer method. You can even use the 21.5mm equivalent selfie camera as an ultra wide camera, though the results won't be very sharp. And by the way, I tried the Pixel 3 and the Pixel 4. Google's software zoom doesn't really work in perfect light conditions. You need to compare 2x and 3x on the same device (Pixel 4), then you will see that there is no difference regarding the details. The main reason why it performs better than the digital zoom of other phones is that other phones have a worse noise performance when you zoom, so the noise reduction destroys details. I tried the Pixel 4 in a store and I have also seen full resolution sample images that confirm that. So you can get ultra wide angle photos with a tele camera, but you can not get tele details with a wide angle camera. Therefore it's the right decision in my opinion. By the way, the Pixel 4 doesn't have a "2x" camera, it's 1.85x27 = 50mm. (the iPhone X didn't have 2x either, the iPhone X had 1.85x28=52mm)
I feel like I shouldn’t need to clarify, but “not possible” *on the phone itself.* I don’t know anyone who would go through such a process to get a picture like that from their phone.
TechDaily Yes, it's of course more effort and not always feasible. But at least it would be possible. And even when you don't use special software, you could still take photos from every angle, so you can capture what your eyes see. But it's not really possible to replace a "tele" smartphone camera with a 12 megapixel wide angle smartphone camera, no matter how much effort. By the way there's still a panorama feature, though Google's panorama doesn't allow a 4:3 aspect ratio and Google's panoramas usually have bad image quality. I am surprised that Google didn't update their panorama feature because high quality high resolution 4:3 ultra wide panoramas are possible with Lightroom or Microsoft Ice
If you’re really honest the pixel is the best most natural camera...but it lacks the triple cameras which it should have had. Also the video recording on the pixel is not great, for me still shots is the pixel, video is the iPhone, best overall is the Note if you want a good all round camera.
I really wish the iPhone did better edge detection in portrait mode. That would make things so much easier if you're trying to pick one out of these three.
I think all phones did an excellent job, but the Note 10+ seems to struggle a bit, images look washed out or have too much saturation. I think the Note 10+'s cameras can do an even amazing job if only Samsung would allow installing the Google Camera (GCam) app from the Play Store. The iPhone also did quite an amazing job, but my next phone will be the P4XL :)
GCam is the move right there 👍 Also Pro mode adjustments with the Note 10 make things better, but tough to make that a fair comparison against the iPhone and Pixel which don’t have the same level of control
@@TechDaily It is possible to install GCam, I've seen and read a few tutorials online, but you have to jump through a few hoops to get it to work correctly, and even then, some folks say it's hit and miss. The last Note phone I had was the Note 4, and I ditched it after less than a year's worth of use.
Actually in terms of night the note gets the most realistic picture w the right colors. That yellowish is actually the correct reflection off things like stone in the night. The I phone 11 pro made it pinkish red, and the pixel kept good colors, but wasn't real. To me the pixel looks best at night but the note 10 was actually not bad at all. No way! iPhone image is way too warm. His skin is too red and he's wearing a "blue" jean jacket, so where does the yellowish tint come from? The Note image also is a bit warm, but not as much as the iPhone. Meanwhile, the Pixel image shows natural skin tone and no yellow in the jack. Who ever heard of a blue jean jacket having yellow color? And if you think the jacket is faded, then the fade would be white, not yellow.
your complaint about the iPhone 11 Pro‘s portrait mode shots aren’t necessarily valid, I guess you could say. iPhones do that on purpose to make more of a natural looking rolloff. granted, the edge detection doesn’t look as sharp or as accurate, but that’s because of the rolloff.
it all depends on preference. every reviewer says something different. even one reviewer preferring the note 10s video quality *edit* count me in for the giveaway event

The video quality was better with detail on pixel 4xl and more stable. I prefer the colors slightly in video mode on the iPhone. Overall though, stability and detail recording. Pixel 4xl! Like I said though I tested them already so I already had an idea what would happen. I brought the pro max and 4xl. 4xl for me and pro max for my daughter.
Not enough credit given to Samsung's excellent foreground exposure. Really makes most shots simply look better. Also no credit for it's best in class ultra wide. All in all, for me the Note is the go to phone for photo's and I'd take the iPhone for videos.
All the cameras are good, just pick the phone you want. I would pick the iPhone for iOS, ecosystem, support, build quality and software optimisation, and Apple forums support.

Pixel 4 doesn't use the tele lens in portrait mode!! It uses 1.5x digital zoom from the main camera, just like the Pixel 3! It's stupid that they force us to use 1.5x digital zoom
Ultra wide can be done using software using panoromas .. obviously it wont be too convenient.. but its better than having such a thing rather than not having at all
my favorite is the pixel 4 is the one that has more real colors and greater definition, of course in video it does not have recording at 4k 60 fps but it has better definition than the note 10+ that tends to overexpose light

Pixel is not used in india apple and samsung are best in india
Iphone has smooth colors
Did you dye your hair in that selfie with the iPhone?? The colours look so different???
Note10 plus ❤❤❤💋
All three phones are best when it comes down to camera but if I have to choose only 1 the will go with note 10 plus..
What the hell is wrong with iPhone's video? They didn't fix the sky flickering from last year, aside from that the three of them are great
I really want to win the iPhone 11 in the lavender because it’s my favorite color and I don’t have a phone and I really Want one because I’m in middle school now and I’ve never won a giveaway ever before I hope I win
Pixel is best
Pixel 4 except for ultrawide and video :)
Why do these reviews cap the video at what the pixel can only do ? Why not show what it DOESNT have ?!?
I try both phone I mean pixel 4 iPhone and 11 Pro both look good but I would pick iPhone 11 Pro this year.
I really like your videos , you’re so imparcial and show us how is the camera of the phone. I think google pixel has the best camera , I have google pixel 3 and a friend bought iPhone 11 pro and when you’re inside it took photos with a yellow skin and I think the new software of Apple tries to put softer the skin, thanks for your videos and sorry for my English
I think the best one is an iphone 11 pro
Pixel 4 is love 😍😍
Google had no other choice than to justify the tele lens. Who the hell uses the tele lens?? They just lost a pixel fan by doing this. Switching to iPhone 😑
I don't respect the fact that they don't have a wide-angle they're charging a price point necessitates that they can meet the quality of the competitionyet they keep cutting corners they keep trying to out Apple Appleby taking away features and make people think that they're giving them something
Looks like u using vivid cool on iphone.really differ result from other reviewer.anyway.really good review
This dude really just said Pixel has the edge in detail in video. What?
actually , videos always been the part where samsung shines...
