I'm disappointed that after so many months Samsung yet to solve overexposed issue on the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 especially on people portrait. This is unacceptable for a $1k phones range.
Samsung is a South Korean brand and they like paler, more glowy skin..so that is what we're all stuck with. Pixel 4 is too dark and iPhone is just right.

I liked how the note handled the lights in the night shots, was pleasing most but it fell apart when recording the night video giving an edge to iPhone whereas pixel was okay but sky was too noisy. 2. Photos of people I liked iPhone. Pixel was more detail which I liked but was very dark with deep dark shadows. The note was too bright to a point where detail was lost and looked plain white and over exposure on the note is always evident. 3. Video, I also noticed pixel daytime video was the smoothest but I’ll give video quality to iPhone
The Pixel 4Xl camera really looks best in stills, and all I hear is about the wide angle, HONEST , i have the Note 10 plus and Iphone 11, we all hear about wide angle in all the videos, but I have the feature on both the phones I own and I never use wide angle, you would surprised how many don't even use it

The note 10 plus does way better job on the portrait and edge detection, because of the tof sensor. Would be great if you can get hands on one, it make a difference.

No. Samsung daylight shots are usually better then Pixel and the rest are better on Google. With 2 major exceptions. More and more "creators" are uploading 24fps-shot videos as 30fps RUclips videos, it is becoming annoying. It is just not the same cinematic look as the real 24fps encoded videos have. It is just shitty jerky annoyance. iPhone 11 makes this more widespread.

The Pixel was the most consistent with its colours, Sharpness and HDR, Note 10 was taking better imo Day time scenery photos and objects and best Ultra Wide while doing bad with people skin tones and exposure. The iPhone was overall taking imo takes it coz it has very few drawbacks than Pixel which has no ultra wide and Note 10 which has bad skin tones and smoothing effects and better Night Mode

I have only one single test to discard Samsung cameras: pictures of people in indoor lighting. Been looking for a good phone to replace my provisory pixel 3a and yesterday took my friend's S10 to compare. Pixel photos look as if they were taken with a good compact camera, Samsung photos are overexposed, most of them blurred due to lower shutter speed, colors inaccurate, skin lacking definition. Samsung has never ever nailed indoor lighting and that disappoints me a lot, because most of the pictures I take in this condition

They go back and fourth with over exposure. Look at 5:42 google and apple still struggle a bit as well.
