Guys this upload is right b4 I got my headphone I decided to release it out the vault I love you guys for the support!!!!!! Don’t forget to like the video🙂🙂
Don't let the lead singer Tom Araya fool you, he is one of the most humble and nicest people ever. Just watch any interview with him, he is either always got a huge ass smile on or is laughing.
He reminds me of ozzy that way. He is always smiling- he looks so intimidating then you see an interview and he just has a smile that melts your heart and you realize like Ozzy he is just a teddy bear.
Yup. You could always identify the headbangers, as we called them. Band T-shirts and denim jackets and book covers with band names and art all over them. When I was in HS, it was a battle between the skater and the metalheads for who was the least popular in town. I come from a very small town that believed country, western and German polkas were the o lu types of music worth listening to. 😅😅😅🤘🏻
A bit about the meaning of this song: "Hanneman explained that “it’s about a guy who’s in Purgatory ‘cause he was cast out of Heaven. He’s waiting for revenge and wants to fuck that place up.” King later said that “the rest of the song explains what happens when he starts fucking people up. The lyrics 'Return to power draws near’ is because he’s waiting to get strong enough again to overthrow Heaven. And then ‘Fall into me, the sky’s crimson tears’ is everybody’s blood flowing into him. So basically, ‘Raining Blood’ is all the angels' blood falling on him.” The ending part is intentionally chaotic because it's essentially a mf destroying heaven. Also Tom Araya, who you described as looking and sounding scary, is actually a very chill, kind and friendly dude irl.
Why wouldn’t he be...He knows Satan and his fallen angels and He knows Jesus Christ, who is God, and who did cast Lucifer out of Heaven. He knows the winning side, amidst the chaos...
Bro trust me, it doesn’t get “worse” than this with slayer😂😂 I understand that is overwhelming at the beginning but they have some of the nastiest riffs when they don’t go this fast. Just don’t quit this early🙌🏾
\\m// SLLLAAAAAYYYEEEEEERRRRRRR!!!!! \\m// Legendary band. Legendary song. My personal favourite is "Dead Skin Mask" , but you gotta hear that in the dark creepier than most horror movies. You also might get a kick out of Jim Breuer's stand up comedy bit "Release the Slayer Fans".
I was like, "Yeah, man, you better hit that joint. It's about to get real!" Lol! In my opinion, you have the best reaction channel, because you don't hold back; you don't just watch the videos and talk about them, but REALLY react! And you actually check your comments and respond! That's unusual, and makes you stand out among other RUclipsrs. You're a real one, and I appreciate that!
He's one of the best. Occasionally a bit too vulgar for my taste but it doesn't make me not love him any less-- ofc, I only watch Metallica & Slayer reactions, for the most part. Apparently it's brilliant. 👏
You look at the mosh pit and say hell no. But when you are at an adrenaline fueled concert you will end up in the mosh pit or jumping from something into the mosh pit. I actually ended up crowd surfing at Lollapalooza 1996 @ Randall's Island NY featuring Metallica and Soundgarden. Short black dress, shorts underneath and black combat boots. Perfect outfit. The crowd just said; its a girl, its a girl, its a girl and handled me gently, dropping me off at the mosh pit. LOL!
Soo happy to see a Slayer reaction this morning!! 🖤🖤 First time I seen them in concert was in 1987...line up was Testament, Anthrax and Slayer. Was fantastic!
Saw them on the same tour about a month later than you. Raining Blood was the opening track and the place went berzerk! I'll never forget right before they played Mandatory Suicide, Tom spoke about the troops over in Iraq. Made the song that much more relevant.
Dude, don't be scared. They're all very chill dudes. The satanic/brutal shit is a front. Side note...the guitarist with long hair died in 2013. Slayer is my all time favorite Thrash Metal band, as is the case with most metal fans. This song is one of their more brutal, along with "Angel of Death". May I suggest "Seasons in the Abyss"?
Now thats a great way to put some hair on it!!!! Live is cool. Studio version is just so much cleaner sounding and Toms voice is awesome. You should also check Bloodline video its pretty trippy.
I know they are hard to listen to being new to the "Metal" genre but they are one of the G.O.A.T's. they are one to the big four Slayer,Metallica,Megadeth,Anthrax. Their songs once you learn the words all have a message behind thats deeper than it seems. I've been watching a few of your reactions and you seem genuine that you want understand and feel the music your listening to. you earned another subscriber today🤘
I'm watching so many vids of people reacting to Slayer lol the faces are priceless, I love Slayeerrr the one you mention looks scary Tom Araya is like a teddy bear always smiling and giggling on his interviews, I'm so in love with young Araya 💜 he said this really nice phrase on one of his interviews "I get a little upset and angry sometimes but I don't let it affect my smile"
One of the best concerts I ever saw was Slayer and Slipknot. First concert I ever saw was Feb 13th 1999 in Detroit (I was almost 14yrs old) and it was Pantera and Black Sabbath. It was AMAZING!
I saw them live in 2010, I'll NEVER forget that. It was at a metal festival (not this one on the video), where you see the fans, they had a row in the middle of the fans of guard rails. It allowed for the camera guy and other staff to walk through the crowd. All weekend it was in tact, bands came on like Twisted Sister, Alice Cooper etc, no issues. 1st goddam song of Slayer, the guard rails collapsed. I remember looking over (from row 1) and seeing it collapse as this poor camera guy was stuck in the middle of the crowd crushing the guard rails and body surfing out of the fan area so they could mosh
There is absolutely nothing else like the energy at a live Slayer show. I am honored to have seen them twice and my old ass would go back again in a heartbeat.
The sound of my paper-round! I always smiled thinking about everyone sleeping peacefully while I raced around at 6am with this blasting in my headphones.🤣🤟🏻
Seen them live a few years back.. Even with numerous modern top tier bands playing, slayer stole that whole show.. Old as hell, still shredding peoples faces off.
You should do South of Heaven by them and Seasons in the Abyss! That will be way more up your alley and guaranteed to be great on the ears! They are known for their transitions in their songs! Also you should do some SEPULTURA! Try Territory to start!
Never listened to them other than seeing them in concert 4-5 times cause they were touring with people I like. They are pretty damn good live, and their fans come out.
I used to be into this stuff in my teens... I've gone more towards 80's rock and metal these days haha. But I still enjoyed watching your reaction to this haha!!
Wow u should've did the one whr thy had blood rain on them think it was the still raining blood concert but u should check out seasons in the abyss but keep up the good work 🤘🤘🤘🤘
I was at a slayer concert back in the early 90s and during this song they actually had pig blood rain on stage. The band, stage, instruments, everything was covered in blood. Btw those mosh pits are preschool compared to back then. People got hurt in the 90s
Guys this upload is right b4 I got my headphone I decided to release it out the vault I love you guys for the support!!!!!! Don’t forget to like the video🙂🙂
Check out Dead Skin Mask
Do my immortal please
Still ❤what you are doing my friend
THANK GOD YOU DIDNT HAVE THE HEADPHONES. THAT SOUNDED LIKE SHIT!
Everything is gonna be so different with headphones bra. Time to get some Iron Maiden back on here👏🔥💯👍
Don't let the lead singer Tom Araya fool you, he is one of the most humble and nicest people ever. Just watch any interview with him, he is either always got a huge ass smile on or is laughing.
Or high af lol
And hes Christian
He reminds me of ozzy that way. He is always smiling- he looks so intimidating then you see an interview and he just has a smile that melts your heart and you realize like Ozzy he is just a teddy bear.
He doesn't laugh... He giggles and it's adorable 😂
@@PsychoMantis308 he’s catholic
In 1989 I wore a Slayer shirt to high school, they made me turn it inside out, or they said they were going to suspend me for 3 days.
Being a metalhead in the 70'80's was hard, everyone hated your guts.
@@MrDirty-if7gc that's no lie.

The Satanic Panic?
I would have taken that suspension with pride
Slayer fans will agree, react to Liar by Henry Rollins
for sure.
Hahahaha
Could not agree more. Then try Mr. Bungle "My ass is on fire".
Supe cool song
Ha. That song immediately crossed my mind as soon as he said Tom Araya sounds scary.
A bit about the meaning of this song:

Tom is also a devout Catholic. LOL
Why wouldn’t he be...He knows Satan and his fallen angels and He knows Jesus Christ, who is God, and who did cast Lucifer out of Heaven. He knows the winning side, amidst the chaos...
"awaiting the hour of repraisal, your time slips away" is one of the most metal/mental ways of saying "you're gonna get yours, eventually".
I want to say that while waiting in line for the bathroom
You should what Slayer’s “Repentless”. You might not be ready for that but should watch it 😂 The official video
That video is ruthless, just like the song is. I love it! Great recommendation
I thought that too
Repentless or Disciple....
I can say ive heard this thousands of times, minimum, bc my husband is a Slayer fan.
I still don't know the words.
Bro trust me, it doesn’t get “worse” than this with slayer😂😂 I understand that is overwhelming at the beginning but they have some of the nastiest riffs when they don’t go this fast. Just don’t quit this early🙌🏾
Lmao that was a lot to take in
@@MrVideo123 And yet you must . . .
@@nonserviam751defeat the sith you must 😂
Watch the South Park episode called "Die hippy die" Cartman uses this song to disband I hippy festive.

Fu$&in SLAYER!!! Anyone young enough to remember Kerry King with hair? Lmao
dude... I remember them playing the roller skating rink in Ellisville, Mo.... I wanna say '86ish?

one of the loudest bands in rock and roll history
My ears permanently ring from so many Slayer and other concerts.
That goes to The Who and Motorhead, but yah Slayer is load af

Got my nose broken at Naplam Death, didn’t hurt until next day
The double bass on the drum has me rethinking one of my fav bands. 😳
Welcome Mr.Video to the world of Slayer!! Request "Skeletons of Society" for your listening pleasure!!
So, i just gave Henry Rollins - liar a listen.. and put the lyrics on my tinder profile. Now, let me get to this Slayer reaction.
I dig reading comments like this, right on.
Ice T's metal band Body Count did a decent cover of this. The second half with Postmortem is not my favourite.
Yeah man. 👌
You will love it. Itz brilliant
Oh my now you're going heavy 😝🤘❣️💯
Saw Slayer live a few years ago, really cool dudes! ✌❤💫
Soo happy to see a Slayer reaction this morning!! 🖤🖤 First time I seen them in concert was in 1987...line up was Testament, Anthrax and Slayer. Was fantastic!
I was at a Slayer concert the first day of the Gulf War in Iraq. It was definitely SHOCK AND AWESOME!! OOOORIGHT! 💪😁🤘

Video reminds me of the opening scene of "Blade" with the first black antihero, Wesley Snipes!
Thank you gor this
Their drummer is amazing !!!

Slayer is my coffee on my way to work to my overnight nursing shifts. It gets ya amped up!
I love watching my hubby play the drums to this and sing. He is amazing. Try lamb of god too
Yeah boyyy. SLAYER! (wicked) 🇬🇧
Pillow looks just stoned the f*** out right now 😝🤘❣️😝
SLAAAAAYYYYEEEEERRRRRRR
Hell yeah! SLAYER! R.I.P. Jeff Hanneman. Next you should react to: Skeletons of Society, Dead Skin Mask, South of Heaven.
The thing about metal is that it donates a lot of ideas to other genres but rarely gets motives from the others. It is a beast like no other...
Slayer... Yeah...
The crazy ones.
Your look says it all 😅😅😅
Greatest speed metal band .
I'm ready for this one my friend 😅😅😅
Definitely on of my favorite all time bands. Thanks for the reaction!!!!

Slayer always having the most badass drumming transitions. Dave Lombardo is a drumming beast.
They did a show where when they played this song, it rained "blood" down on the stage and on the band. It was epic
I’m damn proud of you for listening to this. You’re moving right along on the metal journey.
Welcome to Metal! 🤘
They threw you in the deep end with that one. Slayer has lots of epic songs that send you on a journey.
I love slayer!
when i watch some mr. video i smoke 2 joints, then i smoke 2 joints, and then i smoke 2 more.

I highly recommend that you listen to this one again, studio version, with headphones!
I saw em do this song live when I went to see Manson/Slayer lol. They put on a good show
Slayer are badasses my friend
Slayer slays my brain
Slayer has a deep catalog. There are many great songs to react to that most people have not reacted to yet. Don't be scared. More Slayer please :)
SLAYER!!!!!!! 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
I’m just dead the way you started wobbling your body left and right. Like a penguin waddling in Antarctica 🤣🤣
Goo goo dolls - iris.
Slayer🤘❣️
Great reaction to wake up to. Lol 👹
"What the hell did I watch???" 🤯😮😂 Your reaction was priceless, but you read my mind. For real!
i was waitin for mr. V to say "i always assumed a brother sang this song "
The compounded irony of Ice-T's quotes about metal music could cause the (reaction) trend to implode.
This song is badass
They are one of the biggest bands of 80’s Thrash Speed Metal scene!
Welcome to the wonderful world of.....FU***NG SLAYER!!!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
I havent heard this in awhile great song! They are intense.
