    Day 10 of the 10 Day Mobility Routine Challenge covers how to strengthen the scapula through a full range of motion. The mobility movement will strengthen scapula elevation, depression, retraction, and protraction. When it comes to scapula mobility I focus on control over flexibility, so I only included one stretch in this video to keep it simple.
