In this video we cover one shoulder stretch, which I believe is foundational to healthy mobile shoulders. The sleeper stretch, mixed with isometrics, is a fantastic way to improve rotator cuff health and shoulder flexibility.
After the sleeper stretch we focus on active shoulder flexion and extension with three mobility exercises.
