    In this video we cover one shoulder stretch, which I believe is foundational to healthy mobile shoulders. The sleeper stretch, mixed with isometrics, is a fantastic way to improve rotator cuff health and overall shoulder flexibility.
    After the external shoulder and pec stretch we focus on active shoulder extension and external rotation for rear delt strength.
