    I cant tell ya how excited I got finding your channel. I used to do long commutes...im talking 3 to 5 hours 😫😫😫... This along with your hip mobility videos and anti sitting video are REALLY helpful. I'm starting to see a difference.
    Dont stop! Your motivation got me off my ass!!
