I believe life is a series of tests and obstacles. Everyone's fate / destiny are what you make of it. It doesn't matter whether you are a royal, rich & famous, or just a commoner. Bad habits die hard, and the press are merciless in showcasing that to the world. But Prince Philip excelled in anything he did, and he brought others along with him in the Edinburgh Awards. In a way, I think he takes after Princess Alice, his mother, a lot. There are some similarities in their lives. What I love the most is what he did in the Navy and his success stories from it. He's clearly not just a prince! I think, before he was born into this world, he was probably an angel from heaven who made a conscious effort to come down to this samsaric world to hone his efforts and contribute to humanity. I think his legacy is: Continue to improve towards humanity and learning never stops until you die. His mother was like this, and he's like this. I also love Princess Anne bc she's like this.

Maybe physically, but not in anything else, unfortunately.
I believe life is a series of tests and obstacles. Everyone's fate / destiny are what you make of it. It doesn't matter whether you are a royal, rich & famous, or just a commoner. Bad habits die hard, and the press are merciless in showcasing that to the world. But Prince Philip excelled in anything he did, and he brought others along with him in the Edinburgh Awards. In a way, I think he takes after Princess Alice, his mother, a lot. There are some similarities in their lives. What I love the most is what he did in the Navy and his success stories from it. He's clearly not just a prince! I think, before he was born into this world, he was probably an angel from heaven who made a conscious effort to come down to this samsaric world to hone his efforts and contribute to humanity. I think his legacy is: Continue to improve towards humanity and learning never stops until you die. His mother was like this, and he's like this. I also love Princess Anne bc she's like this.

The scandals came from Diana and her bad behavior that came with her as a really badly spoiled child that father could not control. She was thrown out of every school her father got her into and did not get a high school diploma,did not finish school. Kind of a easy hurdle to hit.
That's one perspective, but it's important to consider the complexities of Diana's upbringing and the challenges she faced.
