Both of you intertwining fingers at Regis was the best thing about this. Food brings people together, and watching you both so in love is what it’s about!
My family have been Parisian since 1947… my local fish restaurant is LE WEPLER, at Place de Clichy. You have truly chosen very good places. Your Videos are excellent.
We adore your videos. Upon your recommendation we went to Seulement Sea. It was the best meal we had in Paris. We mentioned your videos and the owner said that Mrs. Frenchie had been there the day before. He sat down with us and had a delightful conversation. He and his wife were so charming and kind. Thank you for your videos. They made our trip amazing! We ate so well.
As a parisian myself, I love your videos ! I am a bit ashamed but you guys make me discover some amazing places ! Thank you for the passion you put into this :)
What I love most about Les Frenchies is their passion, authenticity and honesty. I know that they perhaps have more US followers than those like me from the UK, but I've been enthralled with their videos and their recommendations and I can't wait to return to France, and to Paris especially, and try out some of their suggestions. Thanks a lot!
Your videos are very endearing. It’s like watching my aunt and uncle enjoying their best life in Paris and having fun on RUclips! It may take me years to ever save up for Paris, I’ll be living through your videos in the time being!
@@LesFrenchiesTravel Thank you for being so considerate! I certainly wouldn't mind a video like that. I said years because I am actually not from the U.S., I'm in China. But I would still love to know about planning a trip to Paris on a budget!
Thank you for sharing this video, Le Dome is our favourite restaurant to eat in when we are in Paris and to see you both there was so exciting especially as you were eating two dishes we enjoy, the Bouillabaisse and the Napoleon Mille Feuille. Pre-Covid we used to visit Paris twice a year as we live in London and it is so easy to catch the Eurostar, we are hoping to return later this year xx
After what feels like the 100th consecutive day of pouring rain here in Sydney, I'm definitely living vicariously through you two. Merci again, Les Frenchies!
I stumbled on your videos a week ago preparing for a trip in May and love love love the down to earth practical quality in them I identify with you two and love french culture Thanks!!!
The Sole Meunière!!! Literally, my favorite thing to eat since I was a child. 🤗😋 I had to eat breakfast before I watched this. I knew it would be too painful if I didn’t. Hehe!
I went to Paris in April 2019 for my birthday. Seulement Sea was hands down my favorite restaurant that I found walking around St. Germain arr. I have the same video of myself using the "magic" wet napkin cleaning my hands. Such a great place and neighborhood. Loved this episode!
Can't thank you enough, for taking an initiative, for creating this kind of content...can't wait to try all your recommendations. You guys are Classic Parisian Encyclopedia!
I have been binge watching a lot of your videos since i will be in Paris and staying in Le Marais for a couple of days. Extremely informative and i appreciate you guys very much. Merci beaucoup.
I’m the biggest seafood junkie and that oyster bar looks absolutely divine. I live in Alaska and we have amazing seafood but my mom, my daughter and I will be in Paris this May and now I’m dying to go to the oyster bar featured in your video. Thank you so much for this amazing seafood video, and especially for recommending a few local spots!
Just discovered your channel and loving it. No one has done it so well but u guys. You guys are so comprehensive. Your recommendations and explanation are so detail n concise. Love your relationship too.❤ Best vlog reviews!! Love that they r off the touristy traps. Hope to visit Paris this yr.
I have had Sea Urchin in Tasmania , Australia. It had a very Iodine sort of taste. I do love the way the French have so many types of oysters and I have been lucky to go to Paris a few times and oysters are a Must ! Love your channel !!!
Loved this video, I'm not a massive seafood fan, but Sarah's eyes lit up when she saw the sea urchins and oysters. Thank you for another great video. 👍
I love the Seafood platters ( "Fruits of the Sea") and Moules Mariniere ( mussels) , here in France The Languistine shrimp is my favourite thing ever, I often have, them with salad for dinner. Just cannot bring myself to try oysters, it's the look of them. I'll have to be brave, maybe 🤔 OMG 😍 Millefeuille!!

Yummy!! I’m finally planning my trip! I’m so excited. Too bad the airfare just doubled for September-October time frame. I’m surprised, I thought the fall and winter were off season in Paris. Thanks for all of the informative videos, they are helping me out a lot!! .
Great vid! One other reason that Paris always had fresh fish and seafood is that it always was prio supply chain from the coast. It is the exactly the same with Madrid, also inland but you historically always got excellent fish and seafood.
I love me some oysters and living in the San Francisco Bay Area we have plenty of fresh oyster restaurants. However, I may have to try Seulement Sea when we’re there next year. It looked soooo good.
The art of sea food ! It's true we don't think of Paris to eat seafood... We think more of restaurants facing the ocean to hear waves and birds. We were wrong. We got already mouthwatering after the first restaurant Le Dome.
Some how you were linked on you tube that I watch!! What a great channel. Obviously I am a new subscriber so will try and catch up. Do you live there?? The pastry one was amazing. A Las Vegas new sub!!!
Amazing, thank you for finding a restaurant that serves Bouillabaisse in Paris. Sure to try this out. The sauce does look lighter than Bouillabaisse from Marseille, but I am sure it tasted divine.
Thank you so much for this fantastic vid! It has been such a long time since I moved out from Europe, but it has always been a tough task to find the best seafood restaurants in Paris whenever I was in town. So much to look forward to in my next visit!
Good morning and thank you for your videos, love them. Do not miss to visit the medieval village of Conques. It’s in the Aveyron not so far from Rocamadour. It’s a treasure.
We really appreciate the honesty when you don't like something, I saw the sea urchins show up on the plater and figured their is a 0% chance both of you would like it. Colleen's reaction "Just bizarre enough I'm not taking another bite..." was priceless. Even Antoine appeared lukewarm on it.
As a Japanese national, I don’t blame westerners not being able to understand Uni. It is pretty’s much at the pinnacle of raw fish sashimi, and it took me a good 15 years to start appreciating sea urchin. The thing is, once I got to understand the beauty of the dish, it became my favorite and have just got addicted. It’s one of those things that you don’t necessarily need to enjoy to have happy foodie life, but if you do, just adds a whole new dimension of what gastronomy is all about. Quite frankly I would rather prefer the world to stay away from Uni so that the price doesn’t go skyrocketing as it has for wagyu beef.
We just recently discovered your channel and have been enjoying your videos.
