    Really aapke bataye hue exercise bahut hi jyada beneficial hai mein lagbhag 5 sal se ghutne ke dard se pareshan thi aap ke bataye hue exercise se mujhe bahut fayda mila

    Sir aap ne bola agar 3kgsideways par5 minutes ke liye dard hota to start 1kg karo.left leg ke liye bhi . Jo ki 3 kg ke liye ok hai. Kya 1 kg for both

    Sir aaj 20 days ho gya. Mai sabi exercise karta hun. 100 count vali aur sides 5 minutes wali 3 kg laga kar .jab chalta hun r nees me vahut pain hota hai aaj maine 5 minutes sideways wali nahi . I have no pain. Shall I stop that

      Side wala me weight km karke kijiye pahle 1 kg uske baad 2 kg uske baad aage 3 kg direct nhi

    Sir 20 din vaad maine sideways 5 minutes 3 kg wali nahi ki . No pain when I walk. Otherwise 19 days r knee mein vahut pain hota tha. Shall I stop 5 minutes sideways wali . My operation date is 23 July. Tell me jaldi sir
