- I hope you enjoy today's video on how to use leftover flaky pastry to make these quick pizza scrolls. I also made a quick potato salad to go with dinner. My wonderful husband is making dinner so I can rest.

Oh my Stacy! I am so sorry that you have this chronic pain! You are too beautiful a person to have to go through this. We all want you to know we pray for you. The only thing good that came out of that bully’s comment is that we know now and can feel for you. You are such a strong person, that we would never have known. My mother was from Germany and she always put pickles in her potato salad , she used pickle juice , oil , cream , salt and pepper as the dressing , she added boiled eggs and some times added cooked bacon as a garnish , it was yummy

I love that you champion through a rough patch, still taking care of your family. Having chronic migraines finds me (I live alone so no-one to feed but myself) choosing canned peaches and cottage cheese on a lot of days to get by.

Sorry to hear you were feeling poorly - I have chronic migraines so I understand. Hello Tonia, nice to hear from you. I'm feeling much better today thank you! It was a pretty rough day but I had a good sleep and took my medication. I was trying to wean down some of the meds that made me feel so tired. I'm sure they will be a great hit at your Halloween party and remember you can put any flavor combinations in there. You appear to be in such pain. Im sorry you have to deal with this condition. I will be making the pizza Scrolls to freeze. They look wonderful! Your potato salad is much different than I'm used to here in the middle of the USA. Ours has onions and boiled eggs, and we use mustard and miracle whip for the dressing. I'm intrigued with the Ranch dressing and will have to try that way soon. Thanks for making the video when you obviously were pretty miserable. God bless you.❤

So sorry you were not feeling well, trying your pizza scrolls after I pick up some salami, I cannot wait, they looked delicious. I am making your potato salad to take to my mother-in-law's tomorrow for lunch. She recently lost her husband of 72 years and we always have Tuesdays with her and another day over the weekend. My daughter and sister-in-law come and we have a gossipy day; she loves that. We have a simple lunch usually of freshly cooked corned meat (my mother-in-law, Jule's, favourite) with cheese, and pickles. She also loves potato salad with her corned meat so we have lovely fresh bread and sandwiches. No fuss, we all get in and put things together. I hope that tomorrow is a better day for you and that you get some rest and some warmth on your face. You look after yourself.

I had trigeminal neuralgia once and Doc put me on low dose Amitriptylene for 6 months. I felt wonderful every morning. And luckily, it went away. Suppose you have already tried heaps of things...
Am enjoying watching some of your old videos Stacey, but am so sorry to see that you were in so much pain, poor you pain is horrible😢. The pizza scrolls look delicious though as does the potato salad, yum❤❤

So cool! Never thought about putting savory fillings in leftover dough. My mom did this but she spread butter and then cinnamon and sugar and made a dessert for us.

Oh wow! My mom used to make this all the years for us (been a good 47+yrs), it's always been a staple, then and now in our own homes. Just came across your channel (IM SO GLAD), can't believe how similar the meals, ingredients, etc are btn New Zealand and South Africa. LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that I can finally appreciate and actually find the ingredients you use because we use it all here too.❤

I wish we had packs of square pastry like the ones u have.here in the uk we can buy only 1 slice at a time or a small block which has to be rolled larger.look after yourself.

I actually bought some pepperoni for pizza on the weekend, but after watching this and remembering that I have a package of puff pastry in the freezer I will try this. Not sure what I will use as a tomato base, and I will probably add some mushrooms and sliced black olives, but what in the world is left over bacon? Is this possible? If I don't use all that I take out of the pan, by the time I get back to the kitchen it has disappeared. How do you manage this miracle?
HAHAHA well, it was only a tbsp worth and they didn't know it was there. I usually use tomato paste if that helps, you could also use tomato ketchup. Please let me know what you think of them.

Hi Stacey I hope you don't have to go the brain surgery way. Someone below said they were given lose dose Amitriptyline and recently I broke my wrist and was also prescribed Amitriptyline for complex pain syndrome in my fingers and wrist from a tight cast - after 5 weeks it started to work and am now glad I tried it as the swelling is finally lessening, even tho it is actually an antidrpessant - the doc said they sometimes try these meds for difficult pain. Only trying to be helpful as I noticed on you tube there are other suggestions too.
❤️🩹 healing thoughts. Off to see hoe pricey the philo dough has become. Used to be cost prohibitive here - but haven’t checked in years. Yummy!
