You remind me of a m9m/grand mom cooking in the souther parts of the United States. Yes that’s a compliment. Most of us southern girls , that cook, season and cook until we hear or grand mother’s in the back of our minds telling us to stop. @@bettyir4302 Oh yes yes, that was the class, Home Economics. I grew up in NZ but live in Oz now and you are so right, they just not teaching the basics in schools. I find young adults today can be very wasteful and then whinge coz they broke. lol.

Thanks so much, Katie, I'm so pleased you have found this video helpful. I love having freezer meals as you say they are great for saving time and money or when you have energy. My husband is very much a meat and three veg man, luckily though he enjoys leftovers.
I have a tip I just learned…when cooking ground beef spread flat on sheet tray, under broiler 5 minutes, done. Something I do with too much pasta or rice, spread on sheet tray and in freezer. Place in gallon freezer bags then pull out what you need. I love how you cook…ever think about teaching and spreading your knowledge?

Have only recently found your page, love it. You have lots of quick and easy recipes. My husband passed away recently so only me to cook for now. I have been doing bulk cooks and putting them into 1 serve portions in the freezer. Hello Vicky, firstly I am so sorry for the recent loss of your husband! It must be incredibly hard for you right now. It is nice to hear you are enjoying my channel thank you so much for watching. Isn't bulk cooking and freezer meals just the best thing out! I have none left so I need to get onto some ASAP as I am missing not having them. Please let me know how your scone batch goes, they have been very popular in my Cafes when I had them. I love the jars with the pantry staples, beforehand I used to get pantry moths but I haven't had them since I changed to the jars. Take care and thank you for leaving me a comment. I hope to hear from you again soon X
I am in love with your channel! You really know how to cook in big batches ☺ It is not even an easy job. I also adore your kitchen! It is a real kitchen and I see it is used to cook wonderful meals. Reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen which is also used for cooking, and is not just room in the house. It really is a delight to watch your videos you are such an inspiring sparkling soul ❤I found your channel few days ago and I can't stop watching your videos 😄
Gosh, Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm so pleased you are enjoying the channel. I love my little kitchen with the creaky oven door. I would love to brighten it up with some paint though.
I have CFS and I try and keep enough meals in the freezer so I can take a day or a few days off cooking whenever I need to. Meals that cook and heat in the oven are easiest for my husband and kids to manage. Lasagne is a staple here too. I make a fish pie (with mashed potato topping), chicken or steak & kidney and dumplings, and I also make a couple of freezer meals I've adopted from Becky of Acre Homestead....a pumpkin pasta plus a Tex-Mex rice based meal. :) Also, any time I make pizza from scratch I make one extra for the freezer....I just cook it a few minutes less to allow for a hot oven reheat.
Firstly I'm so sorry to hear you have CFS. Being prepared with freezer meals will definitely be so beneficial for you and your family. You may not have seen my video saying that I have Trigeminal Neuralgia so I do understand what a life living with pain is like. Sometimes my meds leave me very tired and freezer meal prep definitely helps on those days. I love fish pie but it's been years since I've made it. Keep well and thank you for your comment.
Thank you for the long video - I'm down hard today with a migraine so I'm laying in the dark and watching as best as I can. Freezer meals are awesome and wonderful for a "quick meal" when you're busy or, like me, not feeling well. Thanks again Stacey!
Oh my gosh, Tonia, please feel better soon. Rest up and take care. I'm glad you are enjoying a longer video, I wasn't sure if you guys would like some longer content? Much love to you.
I always need room in my freezer, so I line with cling wrap and foil the ceramic baking pan that I will cook in.then load the food in.freeze the food, then pop out of pan ,wrap with more foil.then stack just frozen food in freezer, saves a lot of space and no foil pans to toss(I know still foil sheets) but tin foil is easier to get than the foil pans and I save room in My freezer .then I just put back in pan when I am ready to thaw,
You have inspired me to make my own lunches for work, instead of eating fast food on the go!!! Can’t wait to start making meals for dinner too. I especially loved your $50 meals for $50 video. WOW….. these days you can spend $50 a day eating out. I’m in Louisiana, USA
I always have at least 2 mac cheese and 2 lasagne frozen meals in my freezer, any left overs from other meals ie. curried sausages, stews. chicken adobo, fried rice I put into plastic bags and freeze flat and give them to my kids who are flatting.
I always do freezer meals , I live by myself , even though I enjoy cooking I find it easier , cheaper to buy and cook in bulk . When I buy things like onions , capsicum , garlic , I pre cut them and freeze in portion size , easy to just pull one or two out to use . I always fill up one of my sinks up with hot soapy water so I can wash my dishes or hands at the same time .
I am loving the addition of carrots to everything you made today and I can imagine how amazing your home smells today I am 55 and I learn so much from you! ❤ Your channel I found you just last night ❤❤
Stacey that was awesome. Can u please show me how you do your sausage rolls. You did mention it so if there is already a video of you doing them (they sound delicious & the best I have ever eaten have been from farmers kitchens) I would love to see your take on them. Much love & *Virtual hugs* from Claire in Perth. Time to get out of my nighty, but saw you in my feed & had to watch you create so much in so little time. 💜💋💜
No I haven't been able to find the sausage roll video & spent most of yesterday binge watching your videos. That one with your grandkids making gingerbread was so gorgeous and so so funny. Haven't seen a response in another video. Mwah
I am watching you making all the meals for the freezer and you said you were to make your sausage rolls. I made them and hubby and friends thought they were the best they have ever had. So they are going to become my new sausage rolls
I do freezer meals for my son, lunches mostly, high protein - he's a personal trainer with his own gym. Zero freezer meals for me and my partner, he refuses point blank to eat frozen meals, and often won't eat meat that's been frozen! I enjoy the batch cooking for my son, so satisfying counting up the serves! I also utilise all the scraps by pressure cooking for my dog 😊
Hello from Juneau Alaska, just found you channel this afternoon. I would love to make your freezer meals but, I would never be able finish one meal. I’m a senior and live alone I would be afraid of all the food going to waste. Also want to try you toasted sandwiches they look delicious.
For my meatloaf, I don't use ketchup, I use 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 a package of French onion soup mix. Everything else is the same as you do it.
The community idea is cool. Alison Holst did it and made a living. I remember going to the town hall and watched her .. Country fetes, food demos here in chch , women's wellbeing day Strap up that knee, charge a fee, and teach people how to feed their families with good healthy meals. Your a surviour, Nadia lim has got pricey meals, too expensive for us poor folk. Same as those food bags too dear..just convient. Farmers wife food bags.
Yes Stacey I freeze meals. I'm a pensioner on my own and usually make a lage pot spicy mince or chicken and bulk it up with lots of veggies, which makes about 6 meals. I will eat on its on, sometimes have with salad or potato wedges. So I basicly only cook once or twice a week 👍and have been doing this for years 😊 I'm keen to see what you make for some fresh meal ideas 👌 You are such a busy lady with making videos plus working part time....your amazing!! and I do hope you find time for your self 😊❤
Hello I’m new here! This is such a great idea I have never did this before I have thought about it and I think I’m going to start trying to do this! Thanks for sharing!
Welcome!! I'm so glad you found my channel. Honestly to have 11 done in under 2 hours has been great. Making that one big pot of meat sauce really helped to do them in less time. I will be filming another one shortly using chicken. Thanks for watching.
Have done freezer meals in the past. But at the moment I have to many vegetables in there. So cutting back a bit on what I grow so we can use it up hopefully get one freezer empty this season. I do always make more in one meal for when I’m busy in the garden. I’m not sure if you veg garden also. Maybe as I look at other videos I will find out.
Oh, how I wish I had a freezer filled with my home-grown veggies. I do have a garden but for the last few years due to my back injury and now my knee, it's been a hot mess! I managed to spend an hour out in the garden today though which was AMAZING. Thanks so much for watching the videos.
I only do freezer meals once a year after Thanksgiving. I make a turkey pot pie and turkey tetrazzini with the leftover turkey. Your freezer meals look delicious.
I’ve done many freezer meals over the years but have found we don’t always like the texture so instead I now mostly freeze the ingredients ( cooked meatballs, minced or pulled meat or sauces ) then put them together and cook the day of. I also find using my big cookie scoop perfect for making meatballs!😀
I love prepping food in advance. I tend to watch viedo's like yours while peeling and chopping veg, and before I know it I have finished. I normally cook in bulk for the week. Since Xmas, I have managed to fill the freezer, and I hope I continue with that, as I find cooking from scratch I save so much money, and now a lot of my time. It's nice to be able to take something out of the freezer the night before and pop it in the fridge, and just reheat when I get home in the evening. I really need to get some more large pans.
It's great to have them on hand. Like today I can't be bothered so will just pull one out of the freezer and boom dinner sorted. Good on you for having so much done already. I'm running low! Have a good day :-)
I'm now going through your videos after watching the $50 budget one and i have just never really thought or considered about using freezer meals. But i might, especially for the nights where we're tired or sick and cant be bothered cooking, chucking something like this into the oven is a great idea. And just doubling up something like pasta when cooking is a great idea which would more realistically fit into the routine.
That is awesome! I've been doing them for around a year now and I can't tell you how much I love them! I'm trying out a whole heap of recipes so I can make a printable for you all. I don't want to make it if the recipes are not good. It will have the shopping list as well.
Hi Stacey, I am enjoying watch another of your videos & wondered if you have ever thought of putting Sweet Chilli Sauce in your meat Loaf & Burger patties, I do this a lot. The other thing I add to my meat loaf is Finely chopped Bacon & a grated Apple. Like you I always use a 1/2 & 1/2 mix. I will need to bring snacks with me while watching you in future you always make me feel hungry lol
@dorothycameron7398 Sweet Chili sauce would be lovely, but unfortunately, my husband and stepdaughter would not like it. Great that you left it in a comment though as others will see it too :)
I’ve just found your channel and have binged a little today 😊. We too are farmers, albeit dry stock these days, we were previously dairy. Every year I used to spend a week preparing and freezing meals prior to calving, to make life easier. A couple of other beef dishes I would do were beef stroganoff with fettuccine, beef and broccoli with rice, Beef stew (or if you want to be fancy… osso buco 😅) and cottage pie. We would normally process a lamb or two about the same time, and would also do Irish stew and shepherds pie along with a couple of chicken dishes and a bacon and egg pair or two. These days we don’t need to go all out, but perhaps I should as it cuts down on wastage as well as life is a breeze in winter. The other thing I would do on these cooking days, was freeze all of the vegetable peels etc (onion skins, carrot and potato peel, pumpkin and Kumera off cuts etc) to use at a later date to make vege stock which can then be frozen for stock or to use in soups etc.
I have been freezing since the 70s , after watching my mum freeze everything. I eat differently now, so I always like to have meals ready for my husband. Cheers!
When we lived in Singapore we started doing big batch stews and casseroles in the slow cooker although there was only two of us. We'd then divide up into servings for two and freeze. That way we'd have a variety is Chilli Con Carne, various curries, stews etc available as and when we wanted.
Catching a few of your previous videos while you are recuperating. You have some excellent content and ideas. Some great tips like the sandwiches for the freezer that will really help me out.
This video is gold! I've been wanting to do freezer meals but had no idea where to start and thinking I'd have to spend a whole day in the kitchen! I've done it before, I did a slow cooked casserole, a pasta bake and a cottage pie and it took FOREVER! This is much more efficient!
I learn so much from you. I’ve started making my white sauce with milk powder and pop some baking paper on top of my ready made meals before wrapping in foil and placing them in the freezer. Such great life long tips that will serve me well. Your recipes are all delicious, too. Love them all. Thank you 🙏 ❤
You’re so efficient. I’ll have to try these out next time we grind up our mince from our next beefy or sheep. They’d be ideal for a big canning and freezing session. I like to make extra for the freezer when I’m making something that requires a lot of prep like my quiches that we Jam Pack full of sautéed veges from the garden. I try to do a bunch of freezer meals while we’re quieter on the farm over winter ready for calving so we still have good healthy hearty meals without all the prep when we’re exhausted. It’s nice to have healthy homemade convenience foods to avoid the temptation of falling into bad habits with convenience foods that are super unhealthy
I am learning/relearning so much about cooking from the 2 videos I have watched so far from you, when I can eat again (day 5 nil by mouth atm) and I am back home I will be following so many of the videos you have made on here! Thank you for making things that are easy, yummy, reasonably fast, cost efficient, and easy to follow. Look forward to watching more videos. Much aroha from a fellow Kiwi. ❤
Thank you for messaging me to let me know you are enjoying the videos. It sounds like you are maybe not well. If you aren't please take care and I hope you have a quick recovery. Stacey X
@FarmersWifeHomestead I will be okay, a bit of a long recovery, only at the start of it rn, but I'll get there! Certainly helps that I stumbled across your channel and can distract from everything by binge watching your videos! Haha. I hope you have a great day! ❤️
I don't deliberately create freezer meals but as my family size decreases with kids leaving home we continue to make the same size meals and add the extra servings into the freezer. We get at least 2 meals a week from the freezer, everybody choosing there favourite.
These are all recipes I plan to try. I was amazed you could do all of that in just 2 hours! Thank you for sharing them. P.S. Do you have a PO Box so we could send you mail? Maybe you could add it in the description box. 😊
You are most welcome, I'm about to pull some nacho mince out so I don't have to cook tonight. No, I don't, but it's been on my list to do! I will organize that this week. I love letters. It's such a dying art. ❤️
Oh I hope you do a P.O.Box as I love to write letters since I was knee high to a grasshopper. I miss my penpals from my youth. I don't miss those circle letters that you had to send to 12 or so ppl, chain letters I meant. Can't wait to be able to write to you. You are helping so many ppl in these harsh economic times. You are DEFINATELY my favourite channel on YT. Love Claire from Perth Western Australia ❤❤❤
I love freezer meals. I like to keep meatloaf, ravioli bake, asian peach chicken, hula chicken, my hamburger soup, cranberry pork tenderloin those sorts of things. Most recently I've done a salmon supper, Mediterranean chicken . If you have any freezer meals for sausages I'd love to see those.
@@FarmersWifeHomestead that's the recipe I use. It's yummy with some pineapple and some heat. I'm looking fwd to the sausage freezer meal vid. Freezer meals have saved me money that's for sure.
I live with arthritis throughout my body so doing a freezer meal session has been difficult for me. I am changing my medication and finding a better of doing things so hopefully I will be able to do this in a couple of months! So I have always just made really large batches as I cook and fill my freezer that way.
HELP lol we love all these meals here as a house of 3 teens, 2 adults BUT hubby get gout which tomato or red death he calls them is a massive trigger... what could we use as a bulk sauce instead. love all your vids so helping with off season prep as hubby is a freezin worker! keep up the great vids.
I like freezer meals, though i have run out of them right now. Will be going into pospartum soon so i need to get some good ideas for what to have ready to go. I normally cook twice a week and eat every second day. Friday is always burger night so thats easy. And then i do simple meals on the weekend, scones, vegetarian nachos, chips and chicken. I have young kids so they dont always eat what we eat so ive started freezing meals they will eat and pull them out when i know they wont eat what im making.
Hi Stacey I love your channel and you mentioned about big roasting pots like the American's have I would so love one of them imagine what meals you could prepare I would be in my glory ❤😊
I like your idea of sausage in the meatloaf. I don't eat pork, but I might try turkey sausage in mine. I'd also like to try the carrot. I use oatmeal instead of bread crumbs. I also like how you converted the sauce to a Mexican flavor. How do you use it? With flour or corn tortillas?
I love your bowl.I used to have a large earthenware bowl (think it was my mums) but unfortunately after a marriage split many years I go, I no longer have it. My to-do-list for next week is to make your hotcross buns and crumpets. That bowl would have been so handy 😢 lol make my self hungry just thinking about all the smells that must be in your kitchen right now 😋😋❤
I was busy writing to you about your sausage rolls. And missed the. Ingredients for meat loaf where can I see the ingredients for all the meals you are making
All those meals looked great! Pity i couldn't smell them when i make my lasagne, i put the chhese sauce on over each layer of pasta sheet, not under. My sauce is usually a lot thicker too! Maybe i should have it more runny too! How do you serve your meatloaf?
This is brilliant. I foresee a cooking day in my near future. Very much my kind of food and style of cooking. I love that you use such simple ingredients in your cooking. That's a really interesting tip about adding stock powder to the cheese sauce! How do you serve the nacho mince? I'm never quite sure how to actually prepare nachos. I usually just cook down some mince (no sauce or anything and I'm terrible at adding spices and herbs and things, so just use salt), and then layer doritos chips, mince, cheese, and again, and stick it under the grill for a few minutes. It's never great so would love to hear how you actually service it.
Thanks so much for watching. Add some tomatoes or tomato paste with say half a cup of water. The mince needs some kind of fluid to help make the nacho mince wet rather than dry. Then as you said just over the corn chips and top with cheese. Sour cream after the cheese has melted and yum!
Go and grab my free printable freezer inventories. You will find them in the description of my meal planning video with the free kit. It may help you keep track 😊
Hi Stacey. I have just come across your video and just love❤ them. Am 75 yrs old but never old enough to learn I subscribed straight away. Doing some binge watchings have learned so much. I live other side of the ditch, Western Australia. And ready to learn more with your recipe for red meat sauce. It calls for four pucks of garlic. Am not familiar with this term.. is that cloves or whole bulbs?😊 Thank you in advance.
Hello and thank you for watching. Pucks of garlic are just whizzed up garlic with a little oil and frozen in little "pucks" If you watch my garlic harvest video we make them. They are so handy to have.
I hadn't come across that video yet, but I finally found it. What a great idea. It's all about preparedness isn't it? Am going to do this today as my hubby last year grew over 200 bulbs. So I have heaps of containers full of peeled cloves in the freezer. So will get onto that today. Hubby also made garlic powder. Boy! That is potent.😊
Id love to make more freezer meals. I have Lupus, so sometimes i just can't...😢 Potatoes and pasta dont seem to reheat that well, tho... what an i doing wrong?
Don’t you just love those huge roaster pans the Americans have!! I would love one but alas we can’t buy them in Oz either…. Also where do you buy such large tins of tomatoes and paste?
Also making extra and freezing, literally only figured this out in the last couple of weeks. Works a treat for busy week days where hubby is working nights and I just need to quickly heat something up and maybe put on some fresh rice or pasta. Bolognese sauce, meatballs etc are great. My family doesn't really like having back to back leftovers. So being able to rotate new meals out of the freezer is such a time saver ❤

Migraines STINK!I I really hope you feel better soon. So glad it's been a good long time since I had one...knock on wood
Good on you for making that change, I'm so pleased I was able to inspire you.
I always have at least 2 mac cheese and 2 lasagne frozen meals in my freezer, any left overs from other meals ie. curried sausages, stews. chicken adobo, fried rice I put into plastic bags and freeze flat and give them to my kids who are flatting.
They are the best thing to have around aren't they. I have just got out of the habit of doing them. Chicken adobo? that sounds interesting!
@@FarmersWifeHomestead Chicken Adobo is a dish from the Philippines, so yumm
I always do freezer meals , I live by myself , even though I enjoy cooking I find it easier , cheaper to buy and cook in bulk . When I buy things like onions , capsicum , garlic , I pre cut them and freeze in portion size , easy to just pull one or two out to use . I always fill up one of my sinks up with hot soapy water so I can wash my dishes or hands at the same time .
I am loving the addition of carrots to everything you made today and I can imagine how amazing your home smells today I am 55 and I learn so much from you! ❤ Your channel I found you just last night ❤❤
Thank you :-)
You get my brain thinking - everything looks so good!!
Did you see the video? I think I may have replied in that video to you?
No I haven't been able to find the sausage roll video & spent most of yesterday binge watching your videos. That one with your grandkids making gingerbread was so gorgeous and so so funny.
Haven't seen a response in another video. Mwah
Love love love sausage rolls and I bet you make a mean one Stace
I am watching you making all the meals for the freezer and you said you were to make your sausage rolls.
I made them and hubby and friends thought they were the best they have ever had. So they are going to become my new sausage rolls
Loving these freezer meals, thank you so much 🥰
Thank you for watching.
Country fetes, food demos here in chch , women's wellbeing day
Strap up that knee, charge a fee, and teach people how to feed their families with good healthy meals.
Your a surviour, Nadia lim has got pricey meals, too expensive for us poor folk.
Same as those food bags too dear..just convient.
Farmers wife food bags.
My dream is to go to communities and do workshops all over the country. Thank you for your lovely message :-)
Yum yum .I can almost smell your cooking.
Thank you 😋
Yes Stacey I freeze meals. I'm a pensioner on my own and usually make a lage pot spicy mince or chicken and bulk it up with lots of veggies, which makes about 6 meals. I will eat on its on, sometimes have with salad or potato wedges. So I basicly only cook once or twice a week 👍and have been doing this for years 😊 I'm keen to see what you make for some fresh meal ideas 👌
You are such a busy lady with making videos plus working part time....your amazing!! and I do hope you find time for your self 😊❤
Thanks so much :-)
Hello I’m new here!
Your thermomix has the best pasta recipe for lasagna and it cooks faster too love you content
I only do freezer meals once a year after Thanksgiving. I make a turkey pot pie and turkey tetrazzini with the leftover turkey. Your freezer meals look delicious.
Our freezer is way too small to buy bulk and store the ingredients or the meals, but I loved watching you do this. 😊
Thank you 😊
Love your apron. FIY I sew a hand towel to my aprons.
That's a genius idea! I'm hoping to find a good apron pattern to make some for myself. I haven't used my sewing machine in years!
That's such a good idea
Great job Stacey! I have my towel hooked over my apron strong as I type! Great tip!
That's so cool! It's a great tip, it saves time trying to find them. P.s. What are you cooking?
I’ve done many freezer meals over the years but have found we don’t always like the texture so instead I now mostly freeze the ingredients ( cooked meatballs, minced or pulled meat or sauces ) then put them together and cook the day of. I also find using my big cookie scoop perfect for making meatballs!😀
I agree with some things as well it's better. They are awesome to have on hand for sure.
You legend! I'm doing all of this next weekend as its already 2pm on a Sunday and I want to loll in the sun!
The ground beef you use is really nice looking!
Ohmg you must have massive freezer space!
I have been freezing since the 70s , after watching my mum freeze everything. I eat differently now, so I always like to have meals ready for my husband. Cheers!
That's great!
Brill I love batch cooking so usfull
This video is gold! I've been wanting to do freezer meals but had no idea where to start and thinking I'd have to spend a whole day in the kitchen! I've done it before, I did a slow cooked casserole, a pasta bake and a cottage pie and it took FOREVER! This is much more efficient!
Glad it was helpful!
I learn so much from you. I’ve started making my white sauce with milk powder and pop some baking paper on top of my ready made meals before wrapping in foil and placing them in the freezer. Such great life long tips that will serve me well. Your recipes are all delicious, too. Love them all. Thank you 🙏 ❤
Thank you so much
I also do freezer meals, today I made 2x spaghetti sauce, meatballs, and 2x meatloaf. I bought minced meat marked down, so.. 🙂
Your meal batch cooking brought back memories l still batch cook and do my canning your videos are always fantastic thank you ☺️ 😘 xx
I am really enjoy watching I have started watching thankyou great ideas 😊😊
Love all your videos. I admire you for many reasons. I'm from Savannah Georgia & appreciate good food with clever budget ideas.
I don't deliberately create freezer meals but as my family size decreases with kids leaving home we continue to make the same size meals and add the extra servings into the freezer. We get at least 2 meals a week from the freezer, everybody choosing there favourite.
I love videos like this. Great inspiration to motivate me to do the same.
Done a few freezer meals but have limited space but would like to do more
Freezer meals are so handy! I am in need of more.
Sounds great! what is Hula chicken? Yes, I do have some sausage freezer meals. I will do those for the next time.
@@FarmersWifeHomestead that's the recipe I use. It's yummy with some pineapple and some heat. I'm looking fwd to the sausage freezer meal vid. Freezer meals have saved me money that's for sure.
I'm going to have to look it up. Anything with pineapple in it I'm up for!
@@FarmersWifeHomestead that's weird I put a link to the recipe for you. So strange
@@FarmersWifeHomesteadi emailed you the link to the recipe.
I live with arthritis throughout my body so doing a freezer meal session has been difficult for me. I am changing my medication and finding a better of doing things so hopefully I will be able to do this in a couple of months! So I have always just made really large batches as I cook and fill my freezer that way.
I hope you feel better soon.
There is only two of us so I do not freeze much, but Sometimes when I make chili or soup.
Maybe pop a bit of corn kernels into your nacho mix adds a bit of colour and taste to boot
Just starting to make freezer meals but it’s hard when you only cook for one.
Can you share the recipe for the cheese sauce. I have never made lasagna like that before and would love to try it.
All the best for the birth of your precious bubs.
Hi Stacey I love your channel and you mentioned about big roasting pots like the American's have I would so love one of them imagine what meals you could prepare I would be in my glory ❤😊
I know, maybe one day Briscoes will bring them in like they did with Instant pots. Fingers crossed
That bowl would have been so handy 😢 lol make my self hungry just thinking about all the smells that must be in your kitchen right now 😋😋❤
Sorry to hear you lost your mums bowl :-(
Can I ask where you purchased your bowl from?...would love to get one 😊
Will you be doing videos showing how you cook the freezer meals..I have several of your meals in the freezer.
Yes, it is coming up soon
Hi from Melbourne Australia😊
Loved this.

thanks so much
Love your helpful cooking ideas
I was busy writing to you about your sausage rolls. And missed the. Ingredients for meat loaf where can I see the ingredients for all the meals you are making
I haven't done freezer meals but I have doubled the cooking of a meal and stored the extra in fridge for later in the week.
Also a great way to help yourself out. Thanks for watching.
Wow Stacey that’s a fantastic video, thank you ♥️
Glad it was helpful!
Hey Stacey, fellow Kiwi here. Love the videos. Just wondering, where abouts in NZ are you based? Just wondering, regionally :)
The mighty Waikato, what about you?
@@FarmersWifeHomesteadI'm in Riverhead, north-west of Auckland. Thanks for replying. Love the videos. Keep them coming!
I usually do double meat loaf - cook one, freeze one. My challenge is keeping track of what's in the freezer! LOL
Go and grab my free printable freezer inventories. You will find them in the description of my meal planning video with the free kit. It may help you keep track 😊
Hi young lady I am new to this, how do I get your recipes,as you do it all so quickly.need help .thank you .regards Judy Wade.
Hi Stacey. I have just come across your video and just love❤ them. Am 75 yrs old but never old enough to learn
I subscribed straight away.
Boy! That is potent.😊
good ideas!
You mention your famous sausage roll, where do I find that recipe please 😊 🙏🏼
You're a cooking machine😊😊 What was that cheese sauce you were using ?
Yes 😊
Id love to make more freezer meals. I have Lupus, so sometimes i just can't...😢
Potatoes and pasta dont seem to reheat that well, tho... what an i doing wrong?
Don’t you just love those huge roaster pans the Americans have!! I would love one but alas we can’t buy them in Oz either….
Also where do you buy such large tins of tomatoes and paste?
What meals did you make? Do you have the shopping list? The recipes? I love the items you cooked but got confused. Love your homey kitchen.
I'm filming a new one soon and it will have all those things you are asking for.
@@FarmersWifeHomestead so looking forward to it. What I learned so far is can and cook your favs.
Mac and cheese.. or.. macaroni and cheese.. the “noodles” are the macaroni .. made me laugh bless you x
hahaha Thanks
Please do chicken freezer meals. I can get bulk chickens from the Hutterite farm.
I just did a recent one, It's got some great ideas in it.
Good stuff! They are amazing and help so much don't they
Do you have a recipe for tasty meatloaf?
Coming this week in the freezer meal E-Book
I wonder how this would do n a slow cooker? That’s the way I make my lasagna for the past several years.
I'm sure it would work well, I don't have one now apart from the slow cook on my instant pot. I need to buy another one before winter.
Spaghetti Sauce is the item I make in quantity and freeze.
