Just play around at home with different patterns and play with music but really mess around with it. You can teach yourself quite a bit from self improv/ jamming/ experimenting...

I always find it kind of cool from a drummers perspective to hear the drums sound from behind the kit, knowing how huge the sound must be coming from out of the massive PA line arrays out front. Just kind of cool to me!
Note for note, Moore is arguably one of the best modern drummers to ever have swung the sticks. He redefines the notions "clean" and "effortless" with every video of him I see. I'm always dumbstruck by his abilities and pure unmitigated talent.
One of the best out there 👍 along with Tony Royster Thomas Lang and the dude with the dreadlocks Thomas P and i cant forget about Aaron... me myself I'm just a pocket drummer a few chops here and there I don't do all the other stuff I will have a stroke trying to play like that....👍

The reason why Eric Moore and all these other great drummers are so good is their sheer sense of GROOVE. Literally, even their licks sound groovy lol. Amazing stuff.
