Those fills around 3:40 are so underrated. So much space between the snare notes yet he keeps it open and in the pocket. Probably more difficult for most than some of his crazy stuff around the kit.
Playing drums properly, solid playing for the band tasty bits when required, staying in the pocket, yet this guy is capable of so much more, young drummers take note
Watching Eric play for Eros Ramazotti makes a part of my life cycle in a way. My mom from Belgium has been a huge Ramazotti fan for as long as i remember.
