I swear, one of the best parts of the MCU was Nat and Steve's friendship. Those two were so great together.
SamuraiMarmoset I know I feel the same way, like I ship them so hard because they are like the other half but I would have been able to live even with them just continuing their strong, funny kickass friendship!
I think they could have gotten together during endgame. Afterall its been five years of them working together/grieving after the snap. It would have made it sadder when steve comes back from the jump only for clint to tell him shes dead.

It also would have made sense for the ending as well. Since he could have saved her from falling and married her in the past instead of carter. (Lets be honest, he should have dropped her years ago lol, how long has he kept that flame going? 10 years?) at this point he knew natasha longer than carter. I think natasha might have wanted the peaceful life after all that.
I like them just as friends, not romantic, just care about one another and giving advice when possible.

I mean, if Clint HAD died for Natasha, then there would probably be a bunch of people saying “Oh, how could Natasha have let Clint die if he had a family and she didn’t?” There’d be a lot of backlash on Black Widow’s part. So, you sort of understand why Natasha had to die?
When i watched that scene, i just hope that the condition of the soul for a soul can be changed as both her and clint dont want each other to die..and when she died, i keep saying "please stay alive, keep alive natasha"😭😭😭

Do you know why Natasha Romanoff is one of if not the Best Badass Female character and superhero of all time ?Its because
She is all actions and less talk.
She gets the job done and never brag about it.
She rarely gets cocky and never brag about how powerful she is.
She always ready,gets to point and always finishes her homework.
She never judges you and always gives you space while be a friend you wish you always had.
She relates you with herself just so you can feel comfortable (and also a deadly deceptive tactic for her foes to fall for her)
She is the red string that holds and attaches the entire avengers together
and Most importantly...She fought till the endgame as the soul of avengers.
