(always wondered what she is singing) and what is the medieval sounding wind instrument that comes in about 3:40? always gives me goosebumps when that comes in. Thanks for posting!
I'm not absolutely certain, but I think the "sleepwalking to disaster" sample is from Dennis Healey, a prominent Labour politician of the 60's and 70's.
