DJ Index & DJ Scuba turned me on to this track. Before youtube.....took forever for them to tell me who it was that this Jam belonged too.... all these blue skys later. I still visit this track.

When we first bought Sky, this was on repeat on the music channels, with that wonderfully bonkers video. I still love it as much as I always did. I own the 12”, cd and recently purchased it from Apple Music, pity it isn’t on Spotify. I am interested to know what people hearing it now, for the first time think of it.

So... this being a live show and Cat introducing it as being at number 11 in their "Saturday Chart" (made up guesswork)... this was presumably filmed the week it was supposed to have been released but surely the band and record company must have known the single was actually withdrawn?? No commercial CDs have turned up and i've only seen very low numbered 7"s (ie 0001 and 0007 of the 1500 pressed)... did the band and manager etc just take a copy each of the 7"s before the rest were destroyed?!

Saw this ages ago when MTV and other stations ran music videos during the night, and I was totally hooked. The sound was so catchy and the video was even more awesome. Nothing but completely saturated colors, strange things going on, just my cup of tea. And so many details to discover while watching it for the zillionth time :D Thanks for giving me those fun memories! P.S. I only discovered the 1994 version right now, this is a great day! :)

Such a great track! Petal is also legendary...anyone have any ideas why A Bit Like U never saw a 'proper' release? I reckon it would have easily broke top 10 in the the UK top 40 if it had!
