- A complete playthrough of Namco's 1994 Super Nintendo adventure game, Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures.
A pretty awesome game that really isn't like anything else. It's sort of a platformer where you don't directly control Pac, and it's sort of an adventure game with all the puzzle elements. Either way, it's oozing with charm, and it's a lot of fun to play. Pac-man has an insane amount of animation, and most of it is wicked funny. :)

This game is awesome, very misunderstood and underrated by many.
The amount of animations, actions and mood swings of pacman brings different results to solve a problem, for ie if he is angry he will attack head on directly to the problem and solve it by force, the replay value is insane i finished it 3 times and always took different approachs.
He also destroys public property at times by doing this. The funniest one for me is when you make him so angry that he destroys a park bench, only to start panicking immediately afterwards
Yeah, several different mood swings and animations as well as what you do with him. Have a direct impact on how you play the game
as you, you need your favorite character to take on errands around the city
how to get the things you need from the work you need to carefully manage his mood for example, if he gets too sad, he will react well and will lose interest in to whatever type of thing he’s doing.
They’re also could be some ghosts being spotted here and there which you do need to keep it careful eye on
Otherwise, Pac-Man will be in serious trouble without a power pellet
This would honestly be a good game to bring back on the Switch when they allow SNES VC games. It's hilariously bizarre but so many memories with it, definitely a huge guilty pleasure.

After watching the Super Nintendo version and the American exclusive Sega Genesis version back-to-back,
I noticed that the SNES game has more colors on screen than the Genesis game,
Music is more clear in the Sega game,
And that guy that yells "Look Look", has a distorted voiceover in the Sega Genesis version.

This game teaches that every situation is heavily dependant on ones perspective and outlook on life.
I loved this game as a kid! It made me laugh uncontrollably, and I digged the option to play the arcade games.
It also has the most sentimental value to me of all my SNES games. I remember when my mom got it for me as a Christmas present. The surprise was spoiled to me (by accident), but I saw it faintly through a grey shopping bag from whatever department store she bought it from when she came home in the rain hiding it under her jacket. She loved me enough to go out of her way to find it for me.

This is one of my favourite SNES games along with Super Punch-Out, Super Street Fighter 2, Donkey Kong Country and Yoshi's Island.
As bizarre and weird this game might seem compared to the OG Pac-Man games, it's actually refreshing to see Pacman outside of the yellow dot and blue walls formula we all know. An innovative concept that got rejected.
Its cartoony theme, artistic and musical design is just a pleasure to watch and listen to. And it's wacky and dumb as all fuck and I love it.
Underrated and misunderstood by many in the overall pathetic gaming industry.
And the game concept was ahead of its time and even have elements that many modern games doesn't
Pacman has so many sprites wow. I'm surprised I've never heard of this game, it's very technically impressive.

Man.. I LOVED this game as a kid. I remember renting it for a week and playing it non-stop until I beat it. I think having played point & click adventures on PC helped me get a grip of what this game was all about.
I remember when I first played this game when I was 6 years old. I had no idea what to do, but it was surely fun seeing how Pacman reacted to the interactions I had with him and the environment around him. Not to mention the nice music, it helped set the mood for wherever he was. His voice, however, was not too appealing, I had to turn the volume down on my TV set at the time because of his persistent loud vocals... All in all, it's nice to see this game getting attention with speedruns and whatnot. :)

I used to have this game when I was a child on Super Nintendo. Watching this video is a great reminder of my childhood memories.

I loved Pac-Man 2 so much, it was one of my favorites on SNES, the emphasis on moods and the predicaments you could get Pac-Man into were nothing short of hysterical, this game was HILARIOUS, I never laughed so hard at a video game as a kid! There's a lot of funny moments I remember, like Pac-Man messing with the balloon salesman, who then fills Pac-Man with helium, sending him floating up to the rooftops. Such charming memories I have with this game, it was so unique too.
This is still one of the funniest and most entertaining games ever made. I still have it for my SNES. Got to play it again sometime.

During the 16 bit console era, I was always on the lookout for PC-style games where you could interact with characters on a deeper level. Making Pac Man cry was hilarious.

My favorite memory from this game was when I sling shot the statue in the city and pacman freaks out and becomes the head of the statue! I always laughed so hard at that part everytime. And sometimes I'll hit the burger of the statue and see a mini UFO just fly around. And go away. Ahhh good memories when I was a young child.
