Just bought a computer from ibuypower and out of the box it is messed up and I must reinstall windows. Very frustrated that there is no quality control checking happening before machines are sent out.

I called their Tech Support and waited 30 minutes before the rudest man who had no time to deal with my problem . Now , I have an expensive computer that will not work . It will be a cold day in HELL before I ever spend another dollar with ibuypower !!!
I very rarely comment on anything, but this videos saved me, my computer randomly popped up with the driver not detected screen and I tried for days to fix that before finding this video, the step that worked for me was three, to re install windows on a flash drive and use that, good luck to everyone with computer problems it’s stressful to deal with but there is a way to fix it you just have to find it
I just bought my ibuypowerpc and my issue was resolved with downloading windows 10 on a 64gb flash drive and booting to that. Extremely helpful and good. I appreciate it. Thank you.

Just bought a prebuilt as a Christmas present for my son. First start up went right to a Microsoft account locked log in screen. Finally got a hold of Ibuypower online chat from another working pc in the house. I was told to reinstall windows. Pc was functional for about 2 weeks, ONLY installed a flight sim game. No tweaks, no “overclocking”, just bare bones stock. Then one glitch/crash after another. Spent hours over the weekend trying several different things. Back to trying to reload windows from scratch AGAIN, and it won’t even do that anymore! Definitely not happy for the money spent!
@@diqee7 Thanks. I was able to reload windows to the mechanical drive after disconnecting the main SSD. I also was able to get through on their online chat and they authorized a replacement SSD at no charge. Fingers crossed until I actually have a fully working PC again.
My pc had no power and im definitely not a tech guy but i watched this video and was able to fix my problem, my motherboard had a little different of a setup but i took out as much stuff as possible and searched for where it said power supply and just took out and cleaned all the connections and problem solved😊😊
Only had my PC for two months all of a sudden just shut off randomly. Now every time I turn it on runs for about 20 seconds normally and just shuts off on its own.

Ok, but where's the Windows 10 license that came with the IBuyPower? It's an OEM license...If the computer can't boot Windows 10 right from the start, because of a faulty boot drive, the customer ends-up with no Microsoft license, right? In your video, it is assumed that the customer already knows the license code of Microsoft Windows...I'm asking because I bought a faster PCIe m.2 SSD to replace the one that my IBuyPower was built with. I received my PC on July 9th in Canada by FedEX, but I haven't opened the box yet...I'm watching videos on how to proceed without messing-up!
Add your old ssd because the software was at default with your ssd make sure you plug it back in you can still use the nvme but you need the ssd for the windows
@@wilinbosnianyorker4545 the problem is that the ssd which had the win 10 no longer works so windows is now gone... i'm going replace with a 4 tb harddrive.. i'm going try to add a fresh copy of wn10 and hopeing machines bio makes copy a legal copy..
My PC was working just fine until Yesterday then my computer froze and gave me the blue screen and then now all the sudden the reboot and select proper reboot screen showed up i tried following the steps i am just not understand
Every time I start up, it says Logonui.exe application error, even when I try to open up on safemode, it’s still a black screen with that error message.

I literally cannot get into my PC. I was on ot last night and it had a ton of updates. I installed them and this morning i woke up and the only thing it will do is go to the GNU Grub 2.06 menu. And then i cant do anything.
My pc is not even a year old and I’m already having this problem and I tried all the boot things that you can do in bios menu and none of them worked I talked to a computer professional who personally built my friends computer and he said this bios menu is not good and he even tried fixing it he said take a refund and get a new one I’ve never had a problem with this computer tell now and it’s performed literally amazing for a while in valor at fortnite Roblox muck, among us, etc. My mom and dad spent a good 1.4k dollars out there bank for this and it was hard earned money, your computers are good, and they perform in many games very well but please work on your bios menu and the way you build your computers, I’m am not getting into all this taking your computer apart and re putting it together. Because it can be dangerous and you have to take your socks of and not touch certain things. I’m just not risking it, if this never happened I would give it 5 out of 5 stars but I will give it 4 for it breaking, really though your computers are good and I really think your a good prebuilt brand but please refund I didn’t even have it for a year I had for for like 8 months

This worked for me. I had to reinstall Windows with flash drive due to a bug. I’m not very tech savvy, so I called iBuypower Tech support and they were wonderful in walking me through it. Thank you. I’m extremely happy with my gaming PC. It’s better than any PC I bought in the past. This is my 5th computer.
If you have a warranty contact them and see what they can do if you don’t then I’d try to get a warranty on the item if possible and have them replace it
I have attempted to do this yet I am having the same issues. I have the Slate Mr vrs. I have windows 10 on my usb and have it connected to my pc. Yet everything aftwr connecting the usb is appearing on my screen. Just the fact windows is having a hard time connecting. Tho im greatful best buy had a discount and I only payed 500$ this was a difficult situation to be in especially when non of my questions are being answered. For this to be an issue your products are having for alittle over 4 years. Its sad, please fix this or at least find a better way to deal with this issue.

Make sure you didn’t turn off the power supply if the power supply is on but you can’t turn on the thing i would contact I buy power and get them to replace the power supply and have someone come over to install it if you are not comfortable.

It’s best that you don’t use the bios if your motherboard is a ASRock one it’s completely a waste of time and a heart attack it’s mostly for those who are new to the whole gaming pc lineup so I wouldn’t recommend it unless your motherboard is a msi or gigabyte it’s a lot better than the as rock one

Take your ram out and plug back in CORRECTLY. When I troubleshooted my PC I replugged my ram sticks wrong, and recieved no signal from my monitor. Replugged them a second time and, though they were a bit tricky to work with, I "snapped" them snugly into place, and my monitor began working again. Any hardware could be the issue, so firmly attaching any or all of them into their ports might be necessary even if you haven't messed with any of the hardware yourself as of yet, because the manufacturer might have attached the parts loosely by mistake.

use the keyboard it gives u i tried using my 60% mechanical keyboard didn’t work and the one they gave u hit ctrl alr delete then spam delete

I’ve had my iBuyPower PC for less than a month and a half and I’ve had to deal with this bullshit 3 times already. I’m tired of having to reinstall Windows every 2 weeks and it seems like 90% of the rest of your customers do too, sort your shit out ladies
Complete junk bought it, it got delivered and same issue came on no boot no fan activity on the card.

@@tylerbielecki6722 yeah i did, i had to download my bios to a flashdrive then boot the computer with that flashdrive, unfortunately i had to re download everything because it’s pretty much restarting your whole pc

You can’t it’s a prebuilt same as you can’t get rid of the dell start up if you start up the system you would need to build yourself a pc to not have it

Take your ram out and plug back in CORRECTLY. When I troubleshooted my PC I replugged my ram sticks wrong, and recieved no signal from my monitor. Replugged them a second time and, though they were a bit tricky to work with, I "snapped" them snugly into place, and my monitor began working again. Any hardware could be the issue, so firmly attaching any or all of them into their ports might be necessary even if you haven't messed with any of the hardware yourself as of yet, because the manufacturer might have attached the parts loosely by mistake.
