Notes: Doing a 2 week ab challenge, cut out carbs and sugar, drink 2500-3000ml water a day

Current weight: 72.3 kgs

Although I gained, from poor eating this past week but also from muscle. I am stronger from working out and my stomach is more toned
Update 3: 28/02/22
Current weight: 71.5kgs
Goal weight: 57 kgs
Notes: consistently working out has a major improvement on my mental health. I’m really beginning to love myself. The scale is still yo-yoing though.
Update 4: 07/03/22
Current weight: 71.6kgs

Definitely more muscular and fit. Still not seeing the numbers on the scale drop. Restricting myself to 1350 calories a day- hoping to see a change
You are building muscles with your work out programs but burning fat. Hence replacing the fat with muscles. That’s why your scale isn’t moving . Stick to cardio first

Hi Winnie! I absolutely love your videos, they are super educating and fun to watch. So my problem is I’m not really a morning person, I tend to wake up between 10-11am. And at that time, it’s way past breakfast time. So I find myself eating between 11am-12pm. Can this also qualify as skipping breakfast. If yes how should I fix it?
It's still brunch kinda, hence the rest of the hours in the day still is used to burn the calories, I and my hubby aint morning people too ohh.

I get up to 6 hours' sleep a day. The problem is with the quality. I have very activity-laden dreams so I wake dead tired. Feeling like I went mountain climbing. I've been struggling with this for 4 years and I have given up!

Don't give up!
I saw your post and i thought to share with you few tips that might help you have sound sleep at night. Please see below:
1. Ensure the food you eat at night is digested well before you go to bed. Avoid sleeping on a full tummy and avoid taking a lot of water a few hours before going to bed.
2. Avoid activities like watching movies, music, internet surfing, playful or mentally stressful activities a few hours before going to bed.
3. Take a shower. relax. Even if you had a stressful day, turn off any negativity. Always have a thankful spirit. Dwell on something beautiful about you or a beautiful event and so on...
4. Take out time to pray before you go to bed. Speak positive proclamations about yourself. Talk to God about the kind of sleep you would like to have. Acknowledge ( by speaking) God's presence with you even as you sleep.
5. Meditating on God's word about you before you sleep will help too.

Try eating at 6pm before 7pm so digestion can take place early before you goes to bed , you might be getting tired because your resting time is when food is being digested in your body hence waking up so tired because your organs didn't rest the whole night

Hhhhh people who are breastfeeding we re suffering oo coz we don’t know wat to do and we keep gaining weight even if we don’t eat that much. We re stuck and some of us had c section. So We have be careful
I think is best to wait till you done with breastfeeding... the baby needs more milk .....
