Good video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle mass and strength. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and ate 5-6 meals a day. It worked very well for me. No intermittent fasting, no starving myself etc…Losing weight and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

I exercise at home with music because I have a sore knee. My daily breakfast is celery smoothie or any other combination of carrot, ginger,tumeric or anything I find healthy that is not sugary on empty stomach then Cereal after some time. Main meal at lunch and carb free diet for dinner. My dear, my body feels better, less pain, even my face is pimple free with pimples popping up occasionally and healing shortly. Make up is a 1once in a blue moon business because I am very much okay if I dont use it.

Educative video. Very important to invest in an air fryer if you must fry. To help with cutting down on oil, I had to invest in saladmaster pots, in which I can cook with absolutely no oil. (N.B: I'm not a marketer, just saying what I use that has helped me greatly).

You should have included heavy carbohydrate foods in your number. Like Garri, yam, fufu, unripe plantain, etc. Quite alright you talked about it in the food proportion but having it appear on your number, is better because it worth talking about.

Sometimes getting fat in your mid part does not mean you don't eat the right foods..but sometimes it is the hormone that is the culprits..my doctor told me that from onset prior to my wanting to lose some weight..i started going for all the right food that you mentioned..i am crying while watching your video, because as from now, I eat light breakfast and lunch..no dinner..

No eating after 7pm. Gradually you will be able to move it up to 5pm. Keep cucumbers, carrots or bell peppers slices at hand in case you feel hungry before bedtime. Please stop eating anything at least 2 hrs before sleeping at night. 🙏🏾

You should have included heavy carbohydrate foods in your number. Like Garri, yam, fufu, unripe plantain, etc. Quite alright you talked about it in the food proportion but having it appear on your number, is better because it worth talking about.
