    Sugar and it’s many names.. high fructose corn syrup, agave nectar, cane syrup, glucose, dextrose etc… the names of sugar keep changing everyday… Thanks for the video

    Sugar makes you get more hungry, crave for more carbs/sugar. Some of the names they use are: Aspartame, fructose, glucose, saccharine etc. Sometimes they write the sugar as Sucre and some people may not know it's same. Thank you for this Video.

      @@veraugonna1 I still did last week Thursday during my general health check and it was normal. Including FBS and the one you do 2 hours after eating. All normal.

      Aspartame and saccharine are not sugar but artificial sugars, they don't increase glucose levels and negligible calories.. Hence recommended as an option for diabetics.

      One should not eliminate sugar from their meals. Sugar is essential for the body. Seeking to eliminate sugar from your food will cause imbalance in your body.

    When I went cold turkey on sugar, I stopped having low energy, no more headaches early in the morning, I'm not as heavy and thick as I used to be, no bloating, can control my food consumption... I really agree that sugar is bad, bad, bad for ones overall wellbeing.

    I saw this video after taken my farouz, so I quickly check the Can to see if it has sugar. On the ingredients, after carbonated water is written sucrose, am gonna stop dis habit of taking soda.

    sugar isn't bad for you (cos you need energy and carbohydrates), it's just when it is taken excessively.
    to train urself reduce it little by little
    you could also make your own treats so you can control your sugar intake

      Go and be consuming it lets other understand its very bad when you just finished eating rice and step it down with big bottle of Coca-Cola and later in the day you carry bread with nutella and step it down with fanta and late in the night you step down with pepper soup and bear this is pure carbs and sugar through out the day and is so bad to body

      You don't need energy from sugar.. You will leave a perfectly good life without ever having sugar again..

      Sugar is bad for you. Your liver can create all the glucose you need by itself. That's why we have essentially amino acids (proteins) and essential fats. No such thing as essential carbohydrates

    In the community I find myself carbs is the only way to feed cos there's simply not enough funds to prepare other course meal that doesn't contain carbs..
    Also I've tried having a meal plan for the family but it doesn't work out fine!

      To answer your question yes one of the main causes
      Weigh gain has many factors but sugar(carbohydrates if not well metabolise will cause weight gain.
      We need carbohydrates but not in excess,about 50g of carbohydrates each day that is like a cup of boiled bean.Switch meals with low carbs menu,salad bowl,berry fruits,eggs,pork,beef ,fish ,olive oil this are food high in healthy foods that will fill u up quickly but u end up not having unnecessary carbs.

      Yogurt in moderation eating alot of it can increase you cholesterol levels. Thats why greeks and indians have high cardiovascular heart problems
