As a Marine veteran, you only eat mice in a survival situation and even then, overcook it.

Never served in the military, but I know how many goddamn diseases can be found in mice and rats and shit. You gotta make sure there ain't no trace of disease in those animals left before you think of taking a chomp out of it.

From January-October 2010, I had so little food that I went from 180 to 130 lbs. because I was starving. I did not even consider eating a wild rodent! She's got more than one screw loose! CPS should definitely ooen a case on her!!

I heard about that. Of course, they do have escargot though, which is considered a delicacy and is made of snails. So maybe it depends on how it’s prepared? Idk but I tried it on a cruise once and thought it was disgusting. I can’t imagine eating mice.

@@kyliCatherine1 there is a reason why you never are asked how you want your pork cooked because it’s always well done. Pork has lots of parasites including one that likes to cocoon and lay eggs in brains. Undercooked bear, fish that hasn’t been flash frozen, and other game meat is the same.
@@kyliCatherine1 escargot is cooked, that fool ate a raw slug - hence him ending up with an illness as it wasn’t cooked (because cooking kills most bacteria, parasites, etc).
It’s also why things like pork, chicken, fish, prawns, etc should all be well cooked (high parasite risk).

The issue with rodents during the black plague was that they carried mites and fleas that carried the disease.
I'd love to see the look on the faces of those people at the hospital when she told them what she did.

Stupidity doesn’t warrant a psychiatric hold, though it probably should. Doctors won’t accept anyone in there unless you’re actively suicidal.

Looking at her she does not appear to have ever missed a meal.
Mice were a very common meal for all classes of people during the roman era and many other civilizations. Just because we think its gross doesn't mean there anything actually wrong with it. Its really no different than eating any other animal. As long as its cleaned and cooked properly its not dangerous at all.

Ate a rodent after it was on a glue trap! One rodents carry fleas, ticks, parasites, many types of worms. Also the glue used in the traps contains strong poisons in high dosages. Darwin awards strikes again. What next use goldfish to make a gold ring. WTF
@@SatanenPerkele A Lot different from dogs. Domestic dogs are eaten in a lot of places, unfortunately, but mice, no, for a never ending variety of reasons. In just this particular case, she got lymphocytic choriomeningitis. That rash is a sign of a brain stem/brain infection coming on. Even lifelong stray dogs only carry infections like that if they eat, you guessed it, rodents.
