I had a guy last week approach me in a Target parking lot and he said the Same thing “excuse me”. Turns out my tire was going flat and he just asked if I had a spare. And oh by the way, he changed it for me!!!!!!!
This right here is 100% mental instability. Just because someone approaches you doesn't mean you're going to hurt you. If you're that scared don't go out in public.
This reminds me of a video from last year where a group of men pulled over a young woman and she got out completely defensive and then the driver is like "You got a entire gas hose hanging out your car" she notices the gas hose pulls it out and then proceeds to throw it in the back of car and drive off 🤣
As someone who has been homeless for 14 years of 22 of my life, acting the way she did is a sign of weakness, and if she were in a situation she was being approached she basically said "hey! Im weak you can attack me!" Better to stay cold, rugged, and 100% vigilant.
