You put a random picture there that doesnt relate, and when you do show the game you cover 90% of it up with a random pic. Try to make more relevant thumbnails and you will get way more views. Thumbnails are like movie posters, If youre at a theater and see a badass one youre instantly curious about it and are tempted to watch. If the movie poster is completely nonsensical and looks like a 2nd grader made it, many people either wont watch it or have a horrible impression of the movie before even watching
