Day after Independence Day, it’s humid outside, but I did my training anyway. I jogged for twenty minutes! Just short breaks to regain focus. 🧘🏻♀️ Did this stretch afterwards, even though I’m sweaty from the weather. Thanks for this challenge! Stretching more regularly has been great.

If only I had known today's was a standing stretch! I would have made time to do it during the day instead of sitting all day at my desk 😮. Better late than never, though! I shall build this into my day regularly from now though. Thanks again Ash 🙏
Next time Lesley, the thumbnail gives it away what type of stretch it is if you look at the image and it’s standing then it’s a standing stretch just for future reference 👍🏻
