    This morning involved a run, a dog walk, then my hour long Pilates class … but I still came back and did day 5! Thanks as always. I’m feeling nicely relaxed for the rest of the day.

    Day 5 completed! This helped, not only for my post-run stretch, but the upper body movements helped with loosening chest and shoulders after my first swim of the season yesterday. Thanks, Ash!

    Day after Independence Day, it’s humid outside, but I did my training anyway. I jogged for twenty minutes! Just short breaks to regain focus. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Did this stretch afterwards, even though I’m sweaty from the weather. Thanks for this challenge! Stretching more regularly has been great.

    If only I had known today's was a standing stretch! I would have made time to do it during the day instead of sitting all day at my desk 😮. Better late than never, though! I shall build this into my day regularly from now though. Thanks again Ash 🙏

      Next time Lesley, the thumbnail gives it away what type of stretch it is if you look at the image and it’s standing then it’s a standing stretch just for future reference 👍🏻
