- This challenge is all about prioritising your flexibility and mobility by committing to stretching for 7 consecutive days. Whether you're a seasoned runner looking to enhance your recovery routine or a beginner eager to improve your flexibility, this challenge is for you.
Here's how it works: Each day, set aside just a few minutes to focus on stretching. Whether it's after your daily run, first thing in the morning, or whenever works best for you, the important thing is to make it a consistent part of your routine.

Yes! One of the things that has made me lazy about stretching is that I get bored with the same stretches over and over and begin cutting them short. I love not knowing what is coming next!
100% agree with these comments! I love having new stretches that were planned for and by a runner so I can mix it up effectively. I’m always amazed at all the new, great stretches and how Ash builds a routine.

Thanks Ash another great video. As someone who enjoys running but coming back from a long term injury i found your channel recently through your hamstring pre- hab video. Best set of stretches i have ever used - thank you!! I have subscribed to your channel and i am following this 7 days sets of stretches. Loved this flow state session, perfect after a long day. Sometimes the variety of poses helps me stay stretching cause it doesn't give time to get bored or distracted

Managed to fit this in after a post-work walk. More challenging for me with my hips and hamstrings, but it was useful as usual, thanks Ash 👍
Well done for doing day two Lesley. I am mixing up the stretches this week and targeting as many parts of the body as possible so we will come across some areas of tightness. Definitely good idea to come back and see your progress as you work on the tighter spots. Thanks too 😀
