    I did the neck movements, massage, humming, and gargling for the first time ever this morning. It feels like I found a missing piece of the puzzle for my long term health.
    One thing that happened is I went to the bathroom 3 times this morning. Having chronic, life-long issues with constipation, I’ve often thought that my bowels just don’t contract like they should. After these simple exercises, it’s as if my bowels were stimulated like they should be.
    So for anyone here who reads these comments complaining about this video “selling” something, I would say ignore those negative comments and give these ideas a try.

      I have had a Nurosym, and after 7 months, it went faulty, Nurosym do provide the device with a 2-year warranty but is making excuses as to why they can't replace mine, it has been 6 weeks with emails to and fro, they will not give me a realistic refund, they say they have no stock and are unable to say when this would change, read into this what you may, they have offered to refund me with Amazon vouchers!! are you sure you want to represent this company?

    Thank you for this video! I experience chronic pain and struggle sleeping so this is very useful. Could you recommend a more affordable device than the neurosym? I would love to use this device however it costs too much for me. Thanks

      Thank you for your message. I can't recommend anything else because I haven't got experience with other devices. I have other videos about chronic pain that you might find helpful. Some of the other things I recommend are Magnesium Glycinate for both chronic pain and difficulties sleeping. Of course movement, stretching and strengthening might help too. Let me know if you have any questions about your issues. Best wishes, Ashley

      You might want to try Pulsetto. It is less expensive. You need a smartphone to make it work and it sends the electric impulses into the neck. It works for my knees pains and my mother's sleep is better. But I just ordered the neurosym for her because we don't live together and she doesn't have a smartphone so I can only use the pulsetto on her when I visit her and she will be able to use the neurosym daily since the key is to be consistent. What works best for me is to listen to guided meditations while getting the stimulation 40 minutes every night before I go to bed. The next morning my knee pains are gone. It also works in 4 minutes against stress..And no side effects. I had tried pills, painkillers, tens, paingone, everything you can think of and what really works are vague nerve stimulation for me and my mum. They are expensive but you won't need to buy painkillers or see a doc so in the long run you will get your money back. I really encourage you to try. Plus if it doesn't work for you during the trial period you will get your money back.

    Thank you for the information. How long (1 year or longer time) this device can be used if I stimulate 1 hour/day? Is there a warranty? Does this work for IBD (e.g., UC)?

    • @PrecisionWellbeing
      @PrecisionWellbeing  3 месяца назад +2

      You're welcome! There is a 1 year warranty on the device.
      As far as I know there is no maximum time frame you can use this device if you're using it for 1 hour per day. You can always reach out to the Nurosym team as they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with these sorts of questions.
      Regarding IBD this could help but as I mentioned in the video you have to modify nutrition, lifestyle and other factors too. This is a tool to help, not a cure for anything. But if you want more clinical expertise on specific issues reach out to Nurosym, they'll be happy to help. Best wishes, Ashley

    • @PrecisionWellbeing

      1 hour every night at their preferred intensity. For my seizure patient it was 1 hour every night and if possible another session in the day anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on time availability.
      I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

    Do those gadgets really work tho? Is it acculamative ?

    • @PrecisionWellbeing
      @PrecisionWellbeing  19 дней назад +1

      I think it depends on what the problem is, but it is more likely to be accumulative. Similar in a way to taking supplements or doing exercises. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley
