Its a real challenge for the legs and I have this one catagorized (sp) for challenging when I don't need relaxing. The variety of all your workouts is what allows me to not watch anyone else. :) Plus your just awesome to workout with and professional..

I finally did this today at 11pm! This was amazing, I felt the stress in my lower back disappear and my sacrum opened. The last exercise though is aspirational (maybe it will be easier without the leg weights)…after months of following you, I’m certainly stronger and more toned and I finally have a waist again!

Really loved doing this one this morning. I made it more challenging by putting on my 2lb ankle weights and heavy resistance band. Really helped with some mild back soreness I was feeling from last couple days too. Loved this practice

Hi Desiree! I love your workouts and I have been doing them everyday for about one year now 😊 I don’t usually suffer from painful cramps but I had them on both calves at the last variation of the shoulder bridge section and it was the first time this happened to my calves (sometimes I have them to my feet but they are not painful). Do you have any suggestion to prevent this? Thank you for your great classes as always 💚
Cramps definitely happen! It could be caused by dehydration, deficiency in potassium or magnesium, poor form, or just muscle fatigue or overuse. Be sure to keep up with your stretching and if during the shoulder bridge exercises we’re on the balls of the feet (with the heels up), you could always modify by keeping the feet flat on the floor and then the calves shouldn’t cramp up. 🥰💖💪🏼

The only area which is still bothering me are the muscles from the lower neck to the upper back. The forward fold reaches this area. Any other suggestion or could we have a workout which concentrates on our neck, shoulders and upper back please🥰?
