This is absolutely superb. However, it is all jaw jaw…talk talk…nothing will change until we get a change in government. I can’t believe the Tories are still in charge after ALL the terrible, evil, money grabbing tricks even before Covid. Are we going to protest? Nothing will happen. I joined a union at age of 82 to show my support. I had to do SOMETHING! I left Labour membership after 40 years. No one to vote for except perhaps the GREEN PARTY if l get a candidate.

Mahairi Black is telling the brutal truth, point by point.
It should be broadcast, repeated and discussed countrywide by all media, sadly it's not and even in Parliament the words of thruth are directed to empty Tory benches.
    Thanks for sharing it here.

Great speech. It’s exactly true, and the Tories just do not care. I hope that people stop ‘doffing the cap’ to the Tories and start realising what is going on. Rather than looking down on others, when people realise that ordinary people are all equal, we will look up at the establishment, and realise what they are doing is completely wrong and vote against them.

I just wish that the multitude of selfish people in this country take note and consider us all who live here. May be they need to be frightened in order for fairness for all to take place. Well said Mhairi.

Well said and it’s so frustrating. You summed up posh middle England so well. Being a working class person it breaks my heart for the future. The producer are more than happy to sell poor quality food at cheap prices, sell drink and tobacco for large profit but not willing to accept the health problems that come with it. These freedoms seem to point in one direction, your with us or your against us. So much for freedom of expression and belief.
