No. On the contrary. There is a clear list of terms considered unparliamentary. A good orator can work with that. Sometimes clever politicians skirt very close or too close.... and the intervention of the speaker increases the emphasis.
The tradition of parliamentary language is an old and noble one. And it has a place in the UK legislature.

This is not remotely comparable to staff who have been working together all day and are regularly tested , having a drink afterwards ! It's like saying someone with a parking ticket is mocking a mother killed by a drunk driver racing his mate in stolen cars ! Both are driving offences, after all !

I think Angela Raynor is incredible. Pregnant at 16, pulled herself completely out of poverty and to the higher calling of public service and deputy leader of the Labour Party.
