Don't like this Idea that headlights turn on automatically even if it is not yet completely dark. When I enter to a covered parking during daytime the headlights turn on, it is kind of annoying. Not sure what Honda engineers are thinking, they should have left a manual turn off switch as an option. So driving at 5:30 pm and the sun is just setting, my Headlights are already turned on beaming on every car on the opposite lane.
If I left auto headlights on, would it drain the car 🚘 battery 🪫 or not? I mean I recently got trouble starting the car engine on Christmas Day last year and I was just furious about the used car I have in 5 years.
Push the lever away from you and high beams will stay on. You should see a blue symbol on your dashboard that indicates high beams are on. Pull the lever towards you to turn off high beams.
Honda downgrade the quality of the headlights the 2024 vehicles, I just got the 2024 Accord Sport hybrid L and the low beam sucks it has no brightness people in rainy weather will not have enough visibility driving these vehicles. The previous model 2018-2023 Accords have the best headlights system of all time and now these new models have the worst low beam ever.
This technology is pretty sick wish I can replace my 2000 accord.
At that point your not even driving a car anymore …

Needs a way to keep high beams ON without holding the handle continuously. Big design flaw IMO.
