These are small things that a driving instructor generally misses out because driving classes are conducted during the day. When it comes to real-time driving, these kinds of videos turn out really helpful.
Honestly I am so grateful to you for making videos like these. Many people think that these are too basic things that everybody should be born knowing but nobody is born knowing things. Your lessons are SO helpful for novice and nervous students like me!
it’s honestly so nice of you to make these videos to try to help people, idk why people make fun of you. you’re literally amazing and so helpful, thank you! i’m going for my g2 test on the 25th, i’m super nervous but i feel confident! update: i passed on my first try, thank you so much!❤️❤️
I guess Im asking randomly but does anyone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot the account password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me!
As a new driver about to drive at night , this video was extremely helpful. Because when it came to working my headlights I was a deer in headlights 🙄on the topic.
Got my liscense and been a bit worried of renting a car to practice more before buying a new car and was never taught about the headlights. Thank u so much! I really want to drive in the night to get used to the headlights and beam lights!
I'm planning to get my driving license this year, and this is super helpful, thank you! 😁 The Lord be with you, protect you, bless you and save you all, your families and friends 🤍
Thank you for this video. These are basic stuff that people expect you to know, and they get irritated if you ask them. Your video is of great help to those who need to get their basics right.
If you guys didn’t understand your regular headlights it’s that that lever can go in four different directions if you leave it in place it’s gonna be ur main headlights, if you push it away from you so closer to the front of the car is ur high beam and if you push it towards u it’s ur low beam, fog lights can only activate if low beam is on now if you push the lever up or down it’s gonna be ur signal of left or right
great video for a newbie driver like me who does not know anything in particular about the steering switches because the driver instructor only teach how to signal left and right
Thank you so much. I got pulled over last night because apparently my headlights don't work and what I've been using/thought were my headlights, are my fog lights. And I didn't even know how to put my high beams on!
Wow thank you it’s super easy I just didn’t understand it well now I am super grateful I got to learn I have been struggling these two days with my new car thank you.
This video is excellent! I just got my license and the car I practiced in had automatic headlights. However I was driving a car that didn’t have automatic headlights and it became night time and it took me a minute to figure out how to turn them on, eventually it was all good, but this video could have saved me the trouble!
Thank you so much! I love your videos because they are very useful. I needed this because I am going to be driving at night and didn’t know how to do this.
I failed my first exam because I literally focused on EVERYTHING except my headlights and high beams . I could feel my face burning red from embarrassment. Thanks for the informative video .
when waiting on the side of the road at dark, those lights arent meant for driving really, though some people use them in the dusk but its better to just turn on the actual headlights instead
Daytime running lights are to be used during the day. They aren't meant for you to see better, but they allow you to be more noticable. Trust me, they work. When I have all my lights off, people used to turn in front of me much more, as if they never saw me, or thought I was a parked car.
Essentially running lights, daytime running lights, sitting lights, side lights, corner lights, GENERALLY they turn on only side and some lower lights just to make you noticeable while sitting or driving. I use them when sitting when I just want to be seen. My sitting lights turn side lights on, turns on my back lights (in a dimmer fashion) my front lights (front below the headlights). Essentially, allowing people to see I’m just there and my car is active. There isn’t a real need outside of just not blinding people with your headlights or highs. Parking lots, parking, places where you want to just sit and have some light but not enough to throw out there. If you’re unsure at dusk, park and turn on those lights and walk around your car and see which lights are on, when you flip down the tab or roll the bar. :)
This is really good for someone driving a automatic for the first time. Couldn't figure out if the blue light means that it automatically dips when passing another car or stays on. Probably blinded a couple of people.
Didn’t know that’s how you flicker high beams when communicating with other drivers. Lol the whole time I’ve been moving it back and forth. Nice to know now 😊
Thanks for the video. I just got my first car, and I recently had to get the breaktag check, but I didn't know how to use the bright and dem lights.i was soo embarrassed 😞
Great! Thanks for the video! I have a question about the fog light. You showed us there is a specific “lever” to activate it, but should I let the beams on/auto to use it?? If the beams are OFF I still can turn on the fog lights??

I agree they mostly show the basics of vehicle operation etc.
I agree! I have my test tomorrow
Agreed 💯

Question: Are the corner lights also known as the "daytime lights"? If so, when would be an appropriate time to use them?
when waiting on the side of the road at dark, those lights arent meant for driving really, though some people use them in the dusk but its better to just turn on the actual headlights instead

Just right in time. I didn’t even know my car had fog lights. Would’ve came in handy yesterday morning driving in that dense fog lol
1:11 how long do they last for the auto headlights before, 🚘 battery 🪫 dies?
Thank you. I drove for the first time by myself today and did not know which lights were which.
Vert nice presentation. Specially for beginners who are very particular about disciplined car driving
I’m honestly gonna forget all this when I wake up
Loll
lmaooo this is so true damn
Leave them on auto and you’ll never have to turn on/off your headlights
Very helpful as my instructor didn't tell me about it for regular daytime training sessions.
